Worst kfc ever!!! Just moved to this area and have been craving kfc for far too long. Went at 8:15 pm on a Friday and ordered a family meal deal that came with 2 large potatoes just to find out they didnt have any. Ordered extra crispy just to find out they only had 1 breast left and the other would be original, but that was all the breasts they have. I always pay for the breast upcharge to change thighs out, we dont want them. Also had to ask for the gravy that came with the meal.. " oh, u want the gravy?" Well I cant have potatoes, cant have breasts, cant I have 1 thing that comes with the meal? Also asked her to change the coleslaw and she said, " well this 1 time I will" like she was doing me a favor. Oh, and called ahead where said they were open until 9 when it states 10pm. She is always so sweet and friendly. She just seems like a genuine person, and she ALWAYS gets my order correct, and in a timely fashion. I work at a fast food place so I can understand :) BUT, once we reached the window, a girl handed the food, barely looked at us, and said nothing. We sat for a moment before assuming that our order was complete. Then we drove off. I can understand how busy people are, but communication and eye contact are very important in a service place.
