QDOBA Mexican Eats — Restaurant in Delavan

I always enjoy my food from Qdoba, but this is the second time I've picked up my order with both full steak and full brisket, only to get home and find that I only received brisket. I understand that mistakes happen, but after experiencing this a second time, I felt it was necessary to drive back to the restaurant to see if they could help me. As a result, I ended up missing dinner with my family and spending an additional 20 minutes sorting out their mistake. I was hoping for some kind of apology and perhaps an offer for a complimentary dessert or drink—just something to make up for the inconvenience. Yet, all they did was throw out the old bowl and made me a new one. Thanks… I guess.

I was just expecting better...

While I was enjoying my meal, I had something sharp hit the back of my throat. I thought I swallowed a chip wrong, but as I kept swallowing the pain was getting worse and wasn't going away. If you are squeamish this is your que to stop reading. Since I could feel something lodged in the back of my throat, I figured I could just dislodge it. As I was trying to get what I thought was the chip out I started bleeding. I finally got what was stuck and found it was actually a 2 inch wire (the one in the photo). Food is good, tastes like Qdoba that's for sure. Service was off, the kids behind the counter didn't seem very attentive or seemed like they wanted to be there. The first guy walked away after asking what else I wanted after scooping the beans when I was in mid sentence. The next employee when I asked for salsa roja, which is what Qdoba officially lists their spicy salsa as, put roasted tomato salsa on there which I'm not into. The manager...
