Never in my life have I had a situation where I was accused of being a scammer LOL. I spoke with a wonderful manager this morning, Vivian regarding gift certificates that were supposed to be sent in OCTOBER. Never got them, were called 4 total times since then, asked for remakes and were assured we’d now get 2 for the trouble. Well today I finally call because no certificates and no remakes EVER. Manager Vivian says she’ll remake the entrees and I get there tonight and the night shift manager, Renee starts lecturing me in the window about how we’ve already gotten 3 free Meals. LOL NEVER. We’ve called 3 times at this point- never had any remakes just everyone telling us they’re sending these certificates we never got. Faith was whom we originally spoke to. Anyhow Renee tells me she’s no longer giving us free food… even though we never got any and was super rude and gross. Like you messed up our order and have the audacity to be rude to me???? Please be for real right now we don’t need to scam y’all, we still order regularly as employees can see and we legit just wanted the certificates we were promised. She had this paper in her hand supposedly showing that we got free orders but ironically refused to show me. Yeah what a disgusting place with disgusting employees. I placed a mobile order and it was ready when I got there but they had it on the shelf behind them. I was standing there waiting for someone to attend me and they didn’t for like 10 minutes. They were in the back talking and completely ignoring me. They did have orders on the screen but a few mins later it was clear and still no one attended me. Then 2 people came into the store and waited a while as well and when the worker came to the front she attended them instead of myself who had been standing there already. Ordered at 7:44 recieved a pickup time of 7:53, I understand these are not always accurate so I usually arrive later than the time given, arrived about 8 and was told it would be a couple minutes finally left around 8:10 had to grab kids drink that would have not been in there had I not checked the bags myself, got home and saw the tiniest amount that was in the kids sides. I understand it being kids portions but this was 6 pieces of broccoli in the extra and a little scoop in the actual kids meal.
