AAA did a great job on my wife's laptop. She was having issues with the laptop taking several minutes to boot up and applications taking a long time to open. Jim from AAA discovered that there were several viruses and trojan horses on the laptop despite having an antivirus program on the laptop. Jim looked at the amount of RAM and recommended adding more. Jim also did an analysis to see if it was more cost effective to buy a new laptop versus fixing this one. After discussing this, we decided to fix the laptop.
