Burger King — Restaurant in Cinnaminson Township

I usually I don't leave bad reviews for this Burger King because this is always been my favorite location but I want to warn everyone to check your chicken. Tonight my husband, my kids and I went here for dinner because it was quick. I ended up getting one of the chicken wraps because I've had it in the past but from a different location amd it was terrible so i wanted to try it here hoping it would be better. I was in the middle of eating the wrap and realized the chicken was not fully cooked in terms it was partially raw. I took it up to the counter only to wait for someone to come over, the gentleman that came over was disgusted that the meat was raw. The lady making the food asked him what the problem was and the guy told her it was raw. He was going to throw it away but the lady making the food demanded to see the food. Another worker who initially took my order came back to the front snd kept apologizing for the raw food. The lady did nothing just proceeded to make another wrap amd other fppd fpr other orders. I.made sure to check the new one for complete cooking. Needless to say this time was a poor experience now to just hope I do not get sick for eating...

Where do I begin. First of all, you have the drive-through person with a major attitude. He asked me to repeat myself 5 times. We told him we had 2 orders. He had a major malfunction when we gave them a coupon to use for a meal. Then, I’d asked them for a grilled chicken sandwich, which is clearly on the menu. “No we don’t have that.” Ok, “How bout a chicken club.” “That’s the OCS”, he asks. Excuse me? I’m sorry, I didn’t go to the school of Ebonics, I didn’t know what OCS meant Original chicken sandwich which is not the club. So we pull up to the cashier who also had an attitude. Tried charging me $35.35. Explaining again to them that this was 2 orders he yells back, “It’s that way on my screen. So….” When he asks the drive-through person how he wrote it up, he said, “Well that’s the way I did it. They don’t like it they can leave.” So that’s what we did. Leave. The customer service today, as in the day in age, is TERRIBLE!!! Where did kindness go?? Everyone is so miserable. I can't stand it... Honestly if this is how people are going to be treated when waited on in public then if you thought businesses were closing due to the VID you've mistaken 🙃... I'm just now going to understand and know that people that don't treat people in such inadequate ways will stay home and save their money to buy crypto currency or save to hop a ride with Elon Musk to Mars JUST because it wouldn't be worth my money to be talked to in a uninviting somber tone. So the choice is on employees... if you think it's Scant now and you think your making paltry money then keep up your desolate tunes! You'll end up with NO JOB and not supporting yourself or anyone in your family's out there if your supporting anyone. Don't be insubstantial. Make it what it isn't. Do it better!
