Now I’m going to show you how powerful it is to review , don’t go to this place! The things they call new are not new, the employees are good and they like to help, but they are lying, as you can see, I bought a sectional couch and it says two pieces, when I go to take it, 1 piece? It felt like they were doing it because I bought it cheaply, every time I go, everything I bought to the end was either broken or wrong. I’ve been using this place for a long time and this was my last purchase. Don’t be fooled by good comments because they said they would give points to those who commented well. I had to return everything I bought all the time and for this I rented a car and lost 100 dollars, go buy it from the store and don’t suffer. Also, it seemed to me that the employees don’t enter the details of the product they like because they want to buy for they self, very easy to open the box and look, but why not write the number of a shoe?, they always lie about the best things, the best things are broken and I look at when they open it into the broken things, is this a huge couches ? You lost a customer who only tried to do something and was always respectful and loyal, I will tell everyone around me because we were using it with my entire circle of friends. You always did this to me, but I was silence , you gave me a the wrong product, the product you said was new was torn, you only make people upset and make trouble, after all, your other customer will buy it for more money its should be not for 600 because it can be 800 or 1000, That’s why you don’t want to give it to me right? These are my thoughts The employees are very good, my respect for them is endless, but this place is very wrong and a waste of time, people drive and rent cars for this, but when it’s the wrong product, they think it’s over with an apology, don’t rent a car for that, then you’ll be left in the middle like me. I have always had an excellent experience since the Delran site opened. Everything that I have purchased has been amazing and great. Items were always correct. Employees are always so kind and helpful. But lately I do not know what is going on with Nellis Auction in Delran.

My last purchase was a grill in box and it was not a cheap one. I won the item, then scheduled pick up. When I went to pick up associate came out with item. I asked her to help me to put item in vehicle and she kindly did. When we picked up the box I found it odd that the box was extremely light.

I proceeded to leave and pulled over on the side of road as soon as I pulled out of the facility. I want to check the item before heading home. When I opened the box it was it was not the item that was advertised on the box outside of the box. Pictures did not match from what I saw on website and item in box. It was an old used grill. I quickly went back into facility and returned then item and explained to associate that this was not the right item in the box. She kindly returned my item. But here is the thing I don’t live close to this facility and the drive is about an hour. Which I don’t mind driving but when this happens it just a waste of time on my part. So far this has happened to me a few time when purchasing. I did reach out to customer service and she explained that the item was previously purchased and returned at the Nellis facility. So the person who purchased previously must have switched out the item and returned it.

A few issues here that should be addressed. 1-Why are these items not being inspected when returned? If the customer that purchased item switched the item then they should be band from further purchases. 2- Hire competent employees that inspect items that are being returned.

This way people are not wasting their time to go and pickup items that are not what they are.

Other necessary guard rails need to be put in place so this doesn’t continue to happen.
