Versona — Local services in Delray Beach

ZERO STARS - On Friday, April 22, 2022, I visited your store approximately from 7 pm to 8 pm. While there, I had the worst experience and wanted to share my extreme displeasure: First, with no greeting, and while the only two floor associates were busy among themselves in conversation, my daughter kindly asked if she could use a restroom and the response she received was greatly condescending and suggested she walk to Publix. Second, while my daughter and myself entered the dressing room to try on clothes, the associate was rudely yelling at us that we didn’t have much time because the store was closing. Appalled by the tone of her voice, we began to rush. Have you ever rushed trying on clothes in a fitting room? Next, to top it off, the associate yelled once again while we were in the fitting room: “I have to close my register in one minute!”. I could not tolerate her rudeness any longer! I made it clear to her that we were leaving the store so she could close her precious register! I hope someone from this company takes the time to read my experience at this...

Horrible management ! Bought a dress for a special event and when I walked out the alarm went off the staff checked it and cleared me. When I went to pack it in suitcase for my trip i saw the security tag still on it ! Since I tried it on and it fit I didn't keep the receipt . I brought the dress back in and asked for them to remove the security device and said I was just in last week . One woman was super sweet apologized and took it off and wrapped it back up . I said I wanted to shop around some more a little bit and then the manager came over . She actually said unless I had receipt I couldn't take the dress out . She said people all the time steal cloths and realize the tag is still on!!!!!! I said are you actually accusing me of stealing this dress only to come back to your store to have the tag removed ???? She said people do it! But then finally she remembered who I was and said ok she can take the dress . I have never felt so violated in my life and falsely accused !!!!! That will def be the last thing I buy...

Horrible experience! I shop at Versona often and have never had a bad experience. Unfortunately, the Delray Beach store ruined that for me. I had purchased a Christmas gift for my daughter from a store in Nashville, TN and was returning it to the Delray Beach store. The manager was extremely rude and told me the company policy was that the tags had to be attached and treated me as though I had stolen the item. Mind you, I had the receipt and tags with the item to return and the receipt clearly stated the return policy which mentioned nothing about the tags being attached. I had traveled 30 minutes out of my way to go to the store for the return and was appalled at the managers poor attitude and lack of customer service. I have since returned the item to the Estero, FL store without an issue and had a wonderful experience.
