3 days ago I purchased a Wen 5600 Watt Generator from Saginaw Michigan. The generator stopped working and would not start up. I called the Saginaw Mi store and was told to bring it back to the store. The store clerk who was working by herself was told by myself that I had a back spine issues and I also have a replacement hip. She required me to help her remove it from my vehicle. Then I asked if they had any other stores with the generator that I just purchased. She explained to me by showing her phone to me and asked if I had Facebook. I responded yes and she showed me Facebook Marketplace and suggested that I purchase a used generator from someone who had it for sale. I was not happy, so I called Corporate and they connected me with the Owosso Michigan Store Corporate Complaint number 1571915 for Saginaw Michigan
I spoke to the Owosso Michigan Store and explained my situation with the other Generator. She searched and told me that Lansing Michigans store had the generator that I ordered from Saginaw. So I told her that I was willing to drive 1 hour and 45 minutes to Lansing to pick up the generator 5600 Watt that I needed. I walk into Lansing Michigan store and they had me wait 30 minutes to get the paperwork that they needed from the Owosso Michigan Store. So they had me sign paperwork to pick up the generator. Of course I was happy that they were willing to help. Next they brought out the wrong generator. Then proceeded to tell me that Owosso MI store had the generator. It’s now Saturday at 6:00pm the closing time. So I was willing to drive another hour back to Owosso only to be told by the Lansing Michigan Staff that they did have the generator I needed, but it is on there delivery truck and could take up to 3 weeks before it would arrive in Owosso Michigan. So interesting since Lansing to Owosso should only take an hour. Complaint number 1571918.
Lansing Michigan Staff apologized for the problems but could do nothing to help. When I asked for the district managers name and number I was given a number to call corporate. I called the number while in the store and spoke to a representative who took down all the information. While in the middle of speaking to the Corporation the Lansing Staff asked me to leave because there alarm system needed to be activated. I explained that I was the Operations Manager for an alarm company in Saginaw named Audio Central Alarm and that they just needed to contact the security company to have there schedule adjusted. The staff in Lansing asked if I was refusing to leave as if they were going to call 911 to have me removed. I was very calm and did not raise my voice. So I said, your are throwing me out of your store while I contacted Corporate the phone number they gave me. Like WOW, I have never been treated like this. Corporate Complaint number 1571920.
I have never been treated like this before. I find that the staff at all three stores are all incompetent and disrespectful. I was given the district manager’s name for three stores name is Ryan R. Then I asked how to contact him or if he had an email for me to contact him. The company explained that they were not allowed to give direct contact to me or an email. I then asked for the Division Manages name. Corporate told me Ms. Dennison handles the stores in there northern territories. I asked if I was allowed to have contact with her. I was then denied contact information for her. So interesting that the District Manager Ryan R. Was not allowed contact information or was not allowed to know his last name. Yet the Division Manger Ms. Dennison Corporate allowed me to have her last name. My experience has been nothing but double talk and mis-information from all 3 stores staff. I was given that the only resolution is that I will be contacted in 24 business hours. Tomorrow is Sunday, so that time will not count. Read moreWas set up on monthly payments and they started harassing me even before the first payment was due. They called non stop and stalked my house trying to take my stuff back before the first payment was due. Then they called people not even on my reference list just random people who are my ex husbands relation which I feel is against the law. I haven’t paid them until my lawyer tells me what my best options are. This is not going to ruin my credit I’ve worked so hard to repair. This was the worst stress of my life. Why call and harass customers before their payment is due and it’s been two weeks since you started your contract. They need someone who knows how to do their book keeping because calling and harassing someone non stop will get you know where. Then you tell them when you will pay and they scream at you in the phone. I refuse to answer any calls from them as I told them to come pick the stuff up that I was going someplace else and do you think they would show up that day that it was scheduled the only day I could be there and not take off time from work of course not. Now you want to continue to harass me. I’ve documented all of this and got security cameras that prove they didn’t show up when they were told to but managed to show up days after busting on my door. I’m pretty sure calling people not on my reference list is illegal and against my constitutional rights. Well if anyone knows that would be my lawyer so stop calling me or anyone I know and my lawyer will be in touch with you. If you don’t stop I will also get the authorities involved. I would give zero stars but that’s not an option. Never again will I make the mistake of going to any rental place for starters you pay 3 times as much for junk just because your credits not top notch. Read moreI decided to go back to Aarons for my pedestal frame for my bad because a box spring won't work in our new master bedroom. With that being said almost a month later I finally have the frame. I called to check on the status of the shipment and Ray at the Aarons on West Saginaw was just plain rude. I was polite and simply asked if my shipment had come in and his response was "I don't know I am with a customer at the moment." Okay I let it slide and another gentleman came on the line and helped me. He set me up for delivery and gave me the option to pick up in store If I wanted. I asked if he thought it would fit into my vehicle and he was sure it would. Today 9/23 I went to pick up the bed frame. Because the contract is in my husband's name he went inside to show ID like we were directed to do. Again Ray helped him out was rude and treated my husband poorly even made him sign up for autopay and no option to pick his due date like stated on website. He was not given a choice. When they were done I pulled my vehicle up and Ray was rude and said that the box would not fit. I have a deep vehicle and the seats were folded down. I said it would fit and he said something along the lines that he would try but it'll stick out the end and if she would move her seat up it might. He shoved that box into the back of my jeep so hard it jolted me in the front seat. I have purchased several things from Aarons and never once been late on a payment and have paid off products early.
