They are always so excellent and helpful. They are very patient. I ask a lot of question and we spend like an hour figuring things out. They also work together to figure out how to assist me and answer my questions.
There were times where numbers did not add up. Or the amount charged was insanely higher from adding just one class. Naturally I am going to want to know why. Carlos was the only person who had shown me the UNT Tutition cost estimator website to help break down the fees and how they are applied. We were able to figure out why such a large amount was incurred on my balance through that. Being educated allows me to be self sufficient and to approach them more efficiently as an educated individual.
