The manager with blonde hair had demonstrated terrible customer service today when I asked her a simple question. I had an incident happen with a pair shoes that I bought from this store and I didn’t realize they had been worn. So I called the manager and they offered a 15% off gift card; then the pandemic happened. Note this was not a coupon that would expire, the manager notified me that this was a gift card in the system for me for my next visit. I wasn’t able to go back until now as stores began to open and when I spoke to a manager today about it she was unnecessarily rude. Her attitude embarrassed me as she boasted about, “working [here] for the past 3 years,” and, “We’ve been open since May, you should have checked,” and refusing to be aware about the discount. I understand if she wouldn’t have known about it, however she did not bother checking nor providing assistance. I kept my composure and when I asked if she could maybe check in the system, she scoffed and walked away from me. Read moreI have a friend who shopped here just yesterday and was treated horribly by a worker. The attitude this worker gave my friend was unbelievable. My friend asked if the shirt marked “one size” would better fit a small or medium, the worker then looked her up and down and very rudely said “it stretches a lot so it’s probably gonna stretch to fit you”. There are many reasons why this is not okay but a main one is people who struggle with body issues. Receiving a comment like that doesn’t make them feel good, especially when someone looks them up and down and assumes it’ll “stretch enough” to fit them. Not only is this unacceptable but when looking through the other reviews I’ve noticed there’s many other people with similar experiences and are very unpleased with the attitude they’ve received while shopping and trying to support a small business. At time of purchase the pants did not have a price tag. The sales lady got another pair to get the price. Tuesday, we went in to exchange them but I failed to have the sales ticket.
