I still won't promote the place for safety concerns and people with pre-existing/known disabilities... As not only does a man physically disabled with well-documented & medically determined ( by far more than just 2 Board Certified Physicians from both DHMC , as well as UC Health Anschutz Medical Campus)... Live on the 2nd floor in what apparently was once called The Denver WorkForce Apartments, now a three-fild structure housing The Delores Project, their respective Apartments, & Arroyo Village Apts {which according to property MGMT -Lenora Alvarez, NO OPTIONS exist where a deaf/hard of hearing & Permanently/Physically disabled retired businessman of a Denver County local Business for 10+ yrs with impairments from a previous atrial fibrillation in 2021-2022, having only this Section 8 Housing Voucher from Volunteers of America to even hold onto this as the 2015 Jeep Wrangler unlimited that went into a disrepair the likes of costing someone so forced down 8nto 5he position he now sits (his greatest offense, that of trading his "4 Ever" 🏠 Home , one which being in the barred windowed basement of another upstanding retired Denver Citizen... To help someone nobody 🙏😭 else turned even a single cheek would be for someone with "Gender Dysphoria" publicly living under a name not 5heir own... But Never refusing to work, only being medically disabled and in need of a "Hand-Up" ... Not thieving nor scandalizing anyone.. even having been S.A. and a person who actively sought refuge if even just for "Safe-Haven" from what could only beat be described as I.P.V. and now STI's which being stacked offenses from bur singular events.... Unstoppable... In the face of Homelessness.. remains this Transgender'ed (albeit no longer much involved in what Denver runs Parades for... Naming such "Pride" Events... Never truly realizing how very few resources exist to stemi this issue for our most vulnerable of minorities... How come the only given solution being criminalization from misstamped labels which should belong only to those few in society that perpetrate heinous crimes (not only against women or children... But these very same minorities heretofore mentioned??) Instead of actually helping these fellow human beings , we decide to still pay room and board, alongside 3 hot meals and an education but maybe 25% who ever becomes inmates in the Dept of Corrections even consider- nonetheless enroll in and begin taking??? Instead of allowing our narrow minds to actually ascertain what help could actually be given where no crimes against humanity (without having fabricated perceptions used if only to sweep but one more under another rug, shrugging off THIS LIFE & never realizing that amongst the Denverites of Old and Millennials now residing besides the majority of Denver's Gen x'ers.... There lies a badly bruised, poorly handled disabled Working Class man .. now sinking, ever sinking... Simply left in a place that allows " no room for transfers " according to the very same property mgr for the very same apt. Building when only thing being asked... "A Reasonable Accomodations" per ADA Standards ( He's Deaf/Hard of Hearing- with Audiology Reports from multiple board certified physicians... Impaired from AFIB, COPD, Type II Diabetes and but only a walker/stroller from UC Health where being an outside of a Denver Health HMO PCP, making many trips per week, every week per month to seek cardiology and Audiology, & Physical therapy.... Why would "no options for transfers, or having home health options " be out 8f anyone's purview... Where 2-5 times every 3 months the buildings only elevator which accesses this (#202) man a unit... Be out of the ⁉️question? If even "To Save A Life" far more valuable than the one most possibly being...

This station is dangerous! I was just assaulted while waiting for my train. I used the RTD emergency call box at the station to report it & was basically told there was nothing they can do. We have absolutely enjoyed every moment spent here . Very clean . Well stocked . Everything you need and great location , quiet but close to anything !
