Well if I was giving stars for the dresses it would be a five star but for the service and that the way they made my granddaughter feel I would give them zero and make sure everybody knew that if you don't speak Spanish don't waste your time coming here because they are not there to serve there customers! We literally sat there and waited patiently for our turn thinking how nice three ladies for one girl taking pictures and getting attention turning off the lights to let her see how her dress looks in the dark what a wonderful experience OTHER GIRS RECEIVED! but then it became my baby's turn with the 3 dress limit it was very obvious the different service we got that because we only speak English we got treated 150% different than the other customers they sat our dresses there and never returned to check on us or to give my granddaughter the same experience she watched other girls get! totally unprofessional of you Emily's boutique I want you to know how you made my granddaughter and I feel! I hope by seeing this review that you will know that your behavior towards us did not go unnoticed anybody else that is dress shopping I hope you never feel the way we did here at this place we literally just walked out! We went here for my daughter’s quince dress and it was a fantastic experience! The customer service was amazing and the girl really worked with us to help us find the perfect dress. We went when they first opened up at 11:00 am and they were already busy at this time but still made sure they were attentive to me and my daughter. I don’t speak Spanish at all and that was not an issue at all as most of the ladies there spoke both English and Spanish. We also were in a pretty tight budget and ended up finding a beautiful gown for only $499! Would highly recommend this place for all your formal...
