Epic Laundromat — Local services in Denver

This laundromat lives up to it's name and then some! The drop off / pick up laundry service is truly EPIC! First, talking with the owner Lisa is like taking a breath of fresh air in the morning. Lisa is easy going, friendly, explains everything involved with the service, there's no pressure and she WANTS to earn your business! Having never used a service like this made me really hesitant at first, and I wondered if all the 5 star reviews were legit, but after getting our clothes back in what seems like record time I can tell you it's all true! Then there's Vanessa who had to be the sweetest person I'd ever met, asking how we'd like our clothes washed and telling us that we could expect a text the next morning when our clothes were ready for pick up. Sure enough we were eating breakfast and the clothes were already done. I didn't even notice the text until two hours later and once we got them home, AWESOME! The clothes were folded and bagged into his and hers, smelled bounce fresh and best of all it only took a few minutes to put everything away! I don't know why people would even wash their own clothes if they had a choice and I can't believed this is the first time we've used this service, but it won't be...

SO incredibly grateful I found Lisa's Epic Laundromat. I live in my camper and visit laundromats often. Epic is by far the best one I have ever been to. Completely honest. I was greeted as soon as I was unloading my car at the front with a cart to bring my laundry in and Lisa showed me around as soon as I got inside. They have 3 different rows of washers depending on the size of your laundry and they take about 30 minutes. Sometimes at laundromats the washers have a smell but Epic's were extremely clean and had no odor. The countertops are super clean too for folding laundry. The small washers were only $2.50 per cycle. The dryers are only .25 cents and dry incredibly fast. It was only .50 cents to dry all my items. I am a photographer so I wanted to snap some photos to add to the review because I was so impressed with how clean it was, how kind Lisa and her crew were and how they have seating areas with free wifi to get any work done. I came early in the morning and the parking lot is extremely large so it would be big enough to fit a larger camper if you needed. Wow! I never post or review but I am going to this time Is this woman working in the mornings a robot or something? I've been coming here for 2 years and no joke I have never seen her sit down one bit.... Girl is amazing, Sandra is her name... I see her every time I come in up and down that mat, pulling one order after the other, and if she is not folding she is cleaning, taking trash out, this is a nice place but for her to do it alone is outstanding I really hope she is not under appreciated and is getting paid well... She makes the time go by fast always talking to everyone telling her stories, always with a smile on her face, that is something we should see everyday a great attitude!!! She is beautiful inside and out I just wanted to throw that out there!! Also where did all the other people that was working there go?
