Subway — Restaurant in Denver

I walked in with two people already waiting in line. This woman who already had the worst attitude and unprofessional attire started taking the guys order in front of me but said I would have to wait 30 minutes because word for word “she has a big catering order that takes priority over customers who walk in because it came in before you did and it has to be done before you” so instead of making my one sandwich like she chose to do for the man in front of me she decided making 30 sandwiches for someone who isn’t even there yet first. Also there were two people working the lane and none of them could make one sandwich? I only have a 30 min lunch meaning I wouldn’t get to order until have to be back to work? Today and usually every time I come the old man with the glasses is always very rude to me and my boyfriend. Today I came in around 11 ordered two foot long sand I told him what I wanted and I told him Italian bmt not realizing that I didn't mention which one Of the sandwiches I wanted that flavor.. This is by far THE worst Subway. I've ordered ahead 3 different times just to walk in and have to stand for 30 mins waiting for my food to be made. They only have one guy working and the entire time he complains to the customers that he hates his job and he's going to quit without notice...except he's been here every time.
