I have been in this store several times and have observed the workers here. Superbowl Sunday especially, I watched the workers serve 'their people' over anyone else in the store of a different race. I just want to remind you of the law here in Colorado: consumers have rights:
"MY LEGAL RIGHT TO ENTER, SHOP AND BE SERVED AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT -- I am PROTECTED BY STATE AND FEDERAL LAW U.S. CIVIL RIGHTS PROTECTION This private business has a LEGAL CLASSIFICATION as a "public accommodation" according to Title III Reg 28 CFR §36.104. Your private business serves the public and therefore must abide by all state and federal laws. No business policy supersedes the law. No governor's order, health order, emergency or pandemic supersedes Constitutionally protected rights. This business is open to the public, and I am the public. Your denial of my service violates several federal laws. Federal law 28 CFR §36.202 prohibits "denial of participation" from this business establishment. §36.202(c) states that unless I have been individually assessed as a "direct threat" you may not exclude me from the SAME and EQUAL services as others. Denying my service or requiring me to be served outside or be limited to home delivery is a VIOLATION of Title II, III and VII of the U.S. Civil Rights Act of 1964. Title III, Sections §36.202(a)(b)(c) and §36.203(a)(b)(c) states that I shall not be denied the same PARTICIPATION and EQUAL ACCESS as everyone else. The law prohibits you from serving me separately or differently. As such, this business is PROHIBITED from unlawful discrimination by denying the entry of any member of the public who is not disturbing the peace. To do so is a crime of unlawful restraint and interfering with commerce and you will be held personally liable for this crime. These premises are open to the public and thus any charge of "trespass" is a false accusation as I am complying with all lawful conditions allowing me to remain on these premises and be served by this business without discrimination. I do not need to disclose my condition to you."
That goes for ANYONE that walks...
Read moreThe incorrect ordered was delivered to my home. The app instructs to call Customer Service if something is wrong with your order. Customer Service wasn’t much help stating she didn’t see my order and directed me to contact the store. Upon contacting the store, a manager by the name of Carol stated that she was able to see that my order was still there in their portal. She advised to I would be able to retrieve my order at another date but simply call prior to coming to the location so my order would be ready upon arrival. I did as she instructed today and spoke to the young girl who answered. She had to call Carol to verify what I was stating and returned my call telling me Carol stated I could bring my ID and come pick-up a classic pizza; however, my $23.00 order was for a thin-crust pizza, wings and a dipping sauce. I do not eat the classic pizza because the crust is as thick as cardboard. A manager who does not honor his/her word is not a true leader and should be dealt with...
Read moreFirst time ever eating at any little caesar’s establishment and i had ordered online, since i was doing laundry next door i figured it’d be good to take home some food for dinner. little did i know how everything was going to taste. once we got home and started eating the three different items, we didn’t enjoy any of the items.
i called back to the store and after 20 minutes of trying to call they finally answer and tell me in order to give me a refund you have to drive back to the store and bring back the food!! i asked again to clarify “you want me to bring back the food that we literally took bites out of?” and they responded with yes. literally EW. i have worked in the food industry long enough to know that taking any food back is strictly against health code violations.
for the love of god...
