I've never understood the fuss about Omaha steaks- coming from small town Oklahoma I guess it was the best option we had even though my parents couldn't afford it. While I did like the look of the marbling, less "clumps" of fat and almost a wagyu type look of intermittent fat. My Dad got me some steaks as a present so I kept an open mind but I just wasn't impressed (Just had the Ribeye tonight). I can get the same prices online, but the helpful staff here makes it worth the drive.
