She listens and asks questions and re-assesses if things aren't working or if something changes. Every other PT I've seen listens to what you have to say the first time, and then never alters their plan or recommendations, even if what you're doing isn't showing results. She also explains things in a way that is really easy to understand. I also love that she offers separate dry-needling sessions for a reduced rate, since sometimes you don't need a full PT session.
