went there for the first time last night. although it was 95 outside (hot July weekend), we still enjoyed the sauna. my friends were alternating the heat with the cold plunge. I was taking the shower in between the heat sessions.

the girl said they’d just recently set the area with two chairs and everything so it’s nice and more cozy now. another thing I liked was an eucalyptus oil which we added to the water we poured onto the stones

although I’m not a big sauna fan and was initially confused by the sauna being located right along the road, I definitely enjoyed the place! I’d say it exceeded my expectations. recommend!

enjoy your free glass of beer after the session! she gave us two vouchers (two beers) each because we booked...

Came here last Monday for the first time and had an awesome experience! I've been regularly sauna'ing and cold plunging for a decade now and I like my saunas hot (at least over 180, but preferably 190-210). Red rock sauna didn't disappoint, that thing was cranking and the plunges felt nice and clean. As far as the customer service Paul was very kind, welcoming, and attentive. Just a really great guy! Being in customer service for 25+ years I put a very high value on the kind of positive interactions I had with Paul and it's the biggest part of why I'm taking the time to write this review. I think Red Rock Sauna is a great addition to the Denver sauna scene and I'll...

Red Rock Sauna is my favorite place in the city to “escape” and relax. The sauna is cozy and HOT, and the cold plunge tubs are so refreshing 🥶—it’s the best combination to reset and feel amazing. After a few rounds of hot and cold therapy, there’s a fire pit you can hangout by to soak in the good vibes and endorphins.

Alivia and Joe are incredibly welcoming, and from my very first visit, they’ve made me feel right at home. Thank you!

I try to go every week, and it’s always such a great experience. If you’re looking for a place to unwind and recharge, I can’t recommend Red Rock...
