This is what I emailed qdoba corporate today 04/15/2017 : 'You can improve this location by having a new, competent manager. I haven't been to this location in over 2 1/2 years because of the lack of professional, friendly, knowledgeable management. I've been driving to northfield because of multiple terrible visits a few years ago. I also rarely eat qdoba anymore because of the raise in prices and horrendous experiences at this exact location. Decided to come here because I was really craving qdoba and was wary before even coming in and was proved right. The guy doing my meal was ok and I have no complains. My issue is the blond female manager or owner, she checked me out and when I went to use my free chips and salsa, I was informed I needed to go through the processs of downloading the app, after her already wasting 3 minutes not knowing what the issue was. After that, I spent the next 7 minutes downloading and trying to log in while she ignored me and checks out everyone else in line, mind you, all for a chips and salsa. When I finally complete the process and try to use my qdoba card, she is still having trouble and then tells me I have to go though the app and choose what I want to use with my points... which aggravates the woman behind me and when everything is said and done, I go to grab my food, the woman behind me snaps and tells me to not touch her food... all the manger/owners fault. My experience at this location has been the worst I've ever encountered and the last time I wrote you guys, over 2 years ago, I got no resolution. It's a shame one person and one location can ruin the entire experience of even eating at qdoba. I'm byond over it and the chance I took yesterday solidified my decision to not patronise your establishments.' I'm just warning anyone that likes qdoba to go to another location, it's worth the drive. My issue last time was 1/4 of the steak on the scoop had fallen off the top and I asked for them to make up for the lost meat and was informed rudely, by the same woman, that it would be extra and that she 'saw' nothing. Such a shame to have delicious food ruined by terrible management and owners. I will be taking my money to chipotle, as I have been for the past few years. Hopefully qdoba won't end up with the same fate as Quiznos; great food with terrible franchises.

Stepping into Qdoba is like entering a culinary haven of Mexican-inspired delights. The menu, a treasure trove of possibilities, boasts an array of tantalizing options that transform every visit into a flavor-rich adventure. The burritos, a true gem, are masterpieces of culinary craftsmanship, bursting with the finest ingredients that elevate each bite to a golden standard of taste. Tacos, another jewel in Qdoba's crown, offer a symphony of flavors that dance on the palate. The meticulous attention to ingredient quality shines through, making each taco a shining example of gastronomic brilliance. The bowls, a golden tapestry of diverse ingredients, allow patrons to craft their own edible masterpieces, turning every meal into a personal culinary triumph. The ambiance at Qdoba is a blend of casual charm and inviting warmth. It's not just a dining experience; it's a journey through a welcoming haven where the golden hues of satisfaction fill the air. The staff, akin to alchemists of flavor, navigate their roles with a golden touch—efficiency seamlessly paired with genuine friendliness, enhancing the overall positive atmosphere. What sets Qdoba apart is its commitment to customization, a golden key that unlocks a realm of culinary possibilities. Whether crafting a burrito masterpiece or assembling a personalized bowl, the power lies in the hands of the diner, turning each visit into a golden opportunity to savor unique combinations tailored to individual tastes. Though the pricing may lean towards the higher end, every bite at Qdoba feels like a golden investment in quality and variety. It's not just a meal; it's an indulgence in the opulence of Mexican-inspired cuisine. Qdoba, with its golden touch and commitment to excellence, transforms every dining experience into a rich tapestry of flavors, making it a radiant gem in the realm of fast-casual dining.

I don't typically review chain restaurants but this is a COVID public service announcement: this site does not follow corporate curbside pick-up policies. Typically Qdobas will text you curbside instructions when ordering online. We followed the props and never received acknowledgement from the location when we arrived (see attached screenshot) we waited over 15 minutes after our curbside time with my lights flashing (per text instructions), called, nothing. I ended up going into the establishment to FIND my order. When I asked the staff where to pick up curbside orders, they vaguely gestured to the ubereats/postmates pick up counter. Another CUSTOMER had to tell me where my order was hiding because she just happened to notice the name on the bag when she was looking for her own. The food was pretty bad. Mind you, it was 15 minutes cold due to the curbside issues but even cold it was just low quality food in general. I was a Qdoba loyalist since discovering the chain in college, but the quality has been progressively going downhill for the past decade. This was the final straw. Why two stars instead of one? The food did not give me food poisoning and everyone in the establishment was wearing face masks...that's how low my standards are with chain restaurants.

One of the worst customer service experiences. I went there to pickup my mobile app order at 10:13pm. I stood at the pickup area and no one came to help me or even acknowledge that I was there. There were 4 employees there that I could see and not a single one of them asked if I needed help, if I had placed an order, no one said they would be right with me. No acknowledgment whatsoever. After 5-6 minutes or more, one employee asked for the name on the order in the pickup area (behind the counter where a customer could not access it). The other employee stated my name, still not looking at me, and when I waved my phone to indicate it was me, she laughed and said that I did not say anything. No apology, just laughing and then starts telling a nearby employee and the customer she was serving that I did not say anything (in Spanish, which she did not know that I understood). Why would I interrupt her and the other 3 employees that were helping the 1 other customers in the entire place at that time? He was picking up a mobile order too and they did not have it ready; they were scrambling trying to get his done. All someone had to do was apologize that they were behind, and to give them just a minute. Or ask if I had a mobile order and in 5 seconds, hand me my bag. This was awful and I wouldn’t have said anything if the employees did not laugh about it like it was a joke: placing blame on me, instead of them taking accountability for their poor service. I won’t be coming back here...
