My husband and I frequent the drive though here. I went inside for the first time this week, and I'll never be back. All 3 employees behaved indifferent to the customers. Drive through was busy, but there was only one customer in front of me in line. One employee took that person's order, then walked away, not giving me any inclination if they would be helping me any time soon. I figured they were just busy so I waited at the counter. There were no other customers behind me in line. Meanwhile 2 of the employees continued to focus on drive through, while the 3rd kind of wandered around not giving me any eye contact. I was getting bored so I was just looking around the display. Then I noticed a fly in the food case... Then I realized there were like 20 large black flies in the food case, gross! The 3rd employee was still serving food out of it to fill orders. Finally one of the drive through employee looked at me and said something along the lines of, I'll help you soon. She took my order, which was an iced tea lemonade, something that I could see was already brewed and just needed to be poured over ice and shaken. Easy. Nope, I waited at least 5-10 more minutes after paying. I thought maybe they forgot. I said excuse me to the other girl to get her attention. She responded with an annoyed "yeah?". I inquired if she had an iced tea under my name coming up, she responded again "yeah." Finally she started making it, put it on the counter and said "here you go" , with very little emotion or care.
I will...
Read moreI asked for a pastry and drink. The woman with red hair did not get my name when I ordered but everyone else seemed to have their name called for their order. The pastry wasn't warmed enough so I asked for it to be reheated. She seemed bothered by my request. After waiting for my drink, and watching others who ordered after me get theirs, a dark hair barista asked for my name for the order and I responded the cashier did not ask me but I told her what I was waiting on and she simply went away but didn't do anything about it? But Thanks for asking I guess. I then went back to the red hair cashier that took my order and asked for my drink and she loudly responds that she fixed it and someone must have taken my drink! She then went on to repeat this loudly over and over in a very condescending tone. I don't care if someone took my drink or not bc she failed to ask my name when taking my order. I'm aware that some workers are underpaid and overworked or simply just hate their jobs or their customers but none of that is my fault. If you are prejudice or hateful towards certain groups of society/black minorities specifically, customer service is not the job for you-woman with the red hair. I just happened to look up as I'm typing this review and she was watching me then looked away. Wow! It's 9/3/21 @ 7AM @...
Read moreThis Starbucks is the slowest location in the state. Other locations can kick out twice as many orders with half of the number of employees in a third of the time. This one is the closest to my house and I pull into the line hoping, praying, WISHING, asking the coffee gods and spirits of espresso to deliver expedient service. To no avail.... EVERY TIME! Today after waiting 15 minutes two vehicles pulled out of line. I enjoyed the jump in line but it was as if the clock restarted.. Booted back to the beginning.. I will say that I've had two encounters with employees being very nice and delivering compliments. One was regarding my truck, the other regarding my hoodie. I'd love to say that it's out of the kindness of their heart but am inclined to believe it's a diversion tactic.. Thoughtfully calculated to take your mind off of the obscenities going through your head in an attempt to throw off your rage in hopes you'll instinctively respond with something polite and forgive (or forget) the 30+ minutes of utter disappointment.. It works... Unfortunately I fell for their manipulative tactics. Do yourself a favor.. Unless you're suffering from lack of attention or low self esteem... Go somewhere else.. Don't let a 3 car line and nobody in the dining room fool you. That's at least a 15...
