People who work there will often hang up on you or not reply to emails and phone calls.

No accountability for the bad behavior from the people who conduct the interviews.

Bad experience talking to the director of the program.

edit: Reply from the owner is full of flat out lies and they never tried to reach out to me after hanging up on me.

I never missed a single interview and the person conducting the interview was incredibly rude (came in with a negative attitude and literally shaking their head and rolling her eyes at the beginning of the online video call) and during the interview would attempt to take control of *MY computer, which I didn't even know was possible.

It's laughable that they say they claim to want people who are responsible for their actions when they've constantly lied and are unwilling to even admit to any of their bad behavior.

And this is a Christian organization which have gone against very basic Christian principles.

Embarrassing.

The Master’s Apprentice is an incredible training program for men and women that desire to enter the construction trades as apprentices. The program is a pre-apprenticeship preparation that focuses on construction math, financial literacy, excellent work ethic skills and interviewing.

As a coach in this program I’ve observed considerable changes in how the students perceive the work world, themselves and others. I believe that the 90% placement rate of these students in apprenticeships at the end of the 7 week session is indicative of the quality of the program. All of the coaches donate their time and effort to these students and are dedicated to seeing them complete the program successfully.
