I recently had the pleasure of dining at Mon Thai Santa Fe, and I must say, it was an extraordinary culinary experience. The menu was filled with tantalizing options, and every dish we tried left us in awe.

The Pad See Ew was an absolute standout, with its perfect balance of flavors and tender noodles. The Tom Yum fried rice was a delightful surprise, packed with bold and fiery flavors that left our taste buds tingling in the best way possible.

The fried tofu and chicken satay were fantastic appetizers, setting the stage for the Thai food journey that followed. The Tom Kha was a comforting bowl of deliciousness, and the fragrant spices used were a testament to the chef's skill.

To top off this memorable meal, we savored the mango sticky rice, which was nothing short of perfection. The sweet mango and creamy rice, combined with the coconut sauce, truly earned a chef's kiss!

We had a great experience at Mon Thai. We were greeted with friendly and helpful service. Our server remembered us from previous visits and welcomed us by name.

We each ordered different entrees and they all had great flavors, mixing textures of sautéed meat with crunchy veggies. Each of the entrees were big enough portions for sharing.

I especially liked the Green Tea Leaves Salad which was made with green tea leaves, tomatoes, and mixed nuts nestled over a bed of cabbage. It was pleasantly fresh and light.

I also ordered the Tom Yum Noodles Soup. The noodles, chicken and bean sprouts were served in a rich, red broth that was perfect for the cold weather. For being such a large portion I liked that it was still a light, healthy dish.

They played instrumental Thai music which we all enjoyed listening to.

They have so many options to choose from and something for everyone. Dishes offer the option to choose between meats and seafood or vegetables.

What a treat! I've been fortunate to have gotten familiar with authentic Thai food during my time in the Navy and I've been searching for years for something similar in Denver. My search is over. Mon Thai is amazing. Clean location and pleasant atmosphere, staff was so friendly and attentive, but the food...WOW.

Layers of flavor in the Green Tea Salad!! This dish is new to me, but I could eat it every day. Level 3 spice builds to a pleasant heat in the Drunken Noodles, Spring Rolls were light and refreshing, the Pad Thai was traditional with some slight nuance to make it new. Thai Iced Tea and some Taro Boba to add the chill sweetness to the meal.

Fantastic, could not be happier to have found our new go-to Thai joint! Highly recommend stopping into this place! Less than $80 with a decent tip too!
