Matt is incredibly knowledgeable about all hardware, software and networking issues - commercial and residential. He recently troubleshot and fixed a Cat 8 installation in our home in record speed. It's new tech and not everyone is familiar with the inner workings of this type of install. Matt is not only a master of his craft, but an awesome human being overall. He will give you personal phone calls--sometimes even after his doors have shut--just to tell you how your computer is doing. Whatever you ask him to do, he gives a 300% effort. Not to mention he does so for a VERY fair price. He is super generous, honest, and trustworthy. As long as I live in this state, I will not bring my horrifically glitchy PC to anyone else and I recommend everyone else...

My Dell had slowed down considerably. I decided to try out User Friendly based on a couple of positive online reviews. Matt was able to quickly diagnose problem and offer solutions at different prices. He thoroughly explained each option and was never pushy. Since he installed a new SS drive (at what I felt was a very fair price,) computer is faster than ever and has been running without issue for two months. Great experience....
