I would give a zero if possible. I have no idea why people have given this place 5 stars. They must be reviewing the wrong nail salon. It’s actually extremely difficult to deal with how incompetent the workers are. I never get greeted walking in and all they do is talk badly about the person in their chair. I am in the middle of getting my nails done and a woman who was in shortly before comes back saying she’s dinged her nail. The man completely stops doing my nails without saying a word then proceeds to take her nails polish off of every finger and start redoing them. I was so livid after waiting for a few minutes to see if he planned on helping me sooner, that I had to get up and leave. Not only are they extremely incompetent and rude, they are disgusting. The place had bugs all over the floors, walls, and window sills. The kit they use for cuticle removal that is supposed to be a new one between each client was pulled out of the bag with red nail polish all over it. When I asked for a new it everyone starts talking loudly in their language. If you’re looking to go here because of the good hours and cheap prices, just know, you get what you pay for. In this case you’re overpaying for their services. My 3 year old nephew could probably do nails better than these imbicels. PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE. I mean look at the pictures people have posted ! You will leave angry and unsatifised every single time....

They have comfortable chairs and the UV lights are built into the manicure tables.

I got a color I really liked but it didn't show up very well and needed 7 coats to be right. They went right along with it, laughed, and made it fun with me. And if something isn't right, they make sure it is fixed before heading out. And if something goes wrong (chip/crack) they did great to fix it affordably even if it's my fault

I have been going to Hot Nails for many years, before new owner took over! I will never in a million years ever ever again spend my hard earned money there as I was told by owner I was being difficult because I complained that the Man who did my nails did a sloppy job and that I would be returning the next business day. As the owner was fixing my nails she said give him a break and that everyone does nails their own way. Not once did she apologize for the poor quality of work and the inconvenience of me having to return to shop to get nails fixed.
