Purchased all of my furniture for my home from Raymour & Flanigan Furniture and Mattresses with the platinum protection plan. A week into having my dining room table and the wood started peeling up from the center planks where you would attach the table leaf. I called the customer service line to have them come out and look at the table they came out looked at the table told me that they were unable to fix it and there’s clearly something wrong with the table because it should not be doing that meanwhile I had the table for one week I didn’t even barely use it yet there was no water on the table or anything that would make me have a reason to believe something happened to the table other than it was poorly made. Customer service calls me letting me know that they are going to be replacing the table top I say that’s great she told me I did not have to replace it right away and then I could call back when I was ready. Covid happens I called back they tell me they’re no longer coming out because of Covid so I waited until a couple months past and then I called back again and they tell me they’re no longer replacing the table. This is disgusting customer service and a rip off with poorly made furniture. Buyer beware !!!!!!! I wouldn’t buy my mother a birdhouse from Raymour and Flanigan if it came down to it! . . Is this how you treat all your customers who spend thousands of dollars at your stores and referred customers to you as well as sharing photos of my home on your Instagram that got thousands of likes?

Stellar experience!! On Wednesday March 8th 2023 I came into this location to look at a mattress (King size Nectur 4.0) and I was greeted by a sales rep name Mel. Mel was AMAZING!!! He didn’t hover and was able to answer any questions that I had. I ordered the mattress and an adjustable frame. I cannot express how happy I am about this entire experience!! I would definitely encourage everyone to visit Raymour and Flanigan and ask for Mel!! Mel please keep up the amazing service! Avoid purchasing furniture from this store if you value your sanity! My family bought a bedroom set, and the dresser has arrived damaged multiple times. They are inflexible with scheduling, forcing you to work around their timetable. Avoid purchasing furniture from this store if you value your sanity! My family bought a bedroom set, and the dresser has arrived damaged multiple times. "Shopping for a bed, shopping for a mattress...." If you're like me, you dread shopping all together, let alone trying to find what will work best for you, at a price you can afford, without tons of added hassles or pushy sales-people. It seems that you can buy a mattress and box-spring just about anywhere anymore: BigLots, BJ's, Boscov's....Walmart(if you dare), all have mattresses at very low prices, and at first you may linger in these directions due to that (price.) My grandmother once told me a long time ago: "never go cheap on your footwear, your coat, or your choice of beds because you always get what you pay for." Well, she was absolutely correct after my wife's and my experience at this particular Raymour & Flanigan, and more particular with the salesman that assisted us, "Todd." I'm blown away with our experience!!! Firstly, Todd eased my mind that not all salesmen are just trying to push off something you don't need. Please note: don't dread the sales people at the door waiting for you, they are there for a reason: it's a big place with a lot of inventory...you need someone to not only direct you, but also answer your questions. After the initial greeting and saying we were there to "look at beds", Todd asked us a few questions on our sleep-habits. He also asked us what did we have in mind while taking the time to educate us on the different kinds of mattresses there are. He didn't try to push anything on us...all along he was very kind and had us try out various mattresses in order to find something that was close to what we needed. Next, after talking about prices on mattresses, he helped us zone in on a particular mattress that was perfect for us. A little more money than I had anticipated on paying, but (remembering grandmom) it's an "investment in my sleep" that I was making, for my wife and me, not just picking something that's a step up from the living room floor. With the added benefit of taking advantage of a Black Friday sale, I think after the box-springs, mattresses, pillows, sheets, protectors for the mattresses (we got two twin-XL beds, put them together to make a King-Sized bed; there's no way a real King-sized bed could get on our second floor without removing the roof) we spent just under $4,000.00 for both beds, the King-sized sheet-set, two new pillows (I love how they stay cool!), and the mattress protectors (we got three of them: one for each mattress, and also one King-sized for less-separation on the top of the bed.) Having the separation of box-springs and mattresses, if I or my wife move at night, we have a habit of waking up the other person; I am very pleased to report we have a huge "bed" (with King-sized sheets on it), and neither of us has woken up the other since the new beds arrived. Also, it's the first time in about 30 years I am waking up without back-pain anymore and my sleep has been rejuvenating rather than taxing.

I'm truly blown-away, I cannot thank Todd enough for all of the education and assistance we received from him, and I better make mention that the two delivery-men were excellent, very caring and professional, and after seeing how low our ceilings are, realized why we got 2 twins to make a King-sized bed rather than getting a King-sized bed all together! I recently had the pleasure of visiting my local R&F Furniture store in search of power recliners to replace my beloved Duchess wing back chairs. From the moment I stepped in, I was warmly greeted by the exceptional sales representative, Bill Durso, who made this shopping adventure an absolute delight.

He patiently listened to my needs and preferences, understanding that I had recently downsized to a smaller residence/in-law suite and that I had four grandchildren, which made leather the ideal material choice for me. He went the extra mile and introduced me to the Zane sofa, a brilliant suggestion that perfectly matched my decor and offered additional seating, catering to my family and friends during movie gatherings. The sofa's technology features also delighted my grandchildren, making it a win-win solution.

He even took care of the logistics, arranging for a later delivery as I had my existing furniture removed to accommodate the new additions seamlessly.

Even after the sale, Bill's dedication and patience continued to shine. He promptly addressed any concerns I had and even accommodated a sale on the furniture I had chosen, making sure I received the best possible deal without any hassle.

Having furnished multiple rooms at various locations with R&F Furniture, I can confidently vouch for their exceptional quality and service. UPDATE: I got one call from Tori on Monday saying there is no new info on whether or not they can honor our warranty after someone from R&F gave us misinformation. It has now been a week and we have again been "ghosted" by R&F. Extremely frustrating to have to continue reaching out to them for THEIR ERROR.

Massively disappointed in Raymour & Flanigan as a whole, not just this store. Our mattress was under a 5yr warranty and within the 5 yrs, it was sunken in. We had a tech come out and measure it & were told they’d be in touch. We also separately have stained couch cushions that are supposed to be covered to be replaced in our warranty. The same tech came out to try and remove stains, then deemed them too bad to remove, so they’re supposed to be getting replaced as well. No one called, so a few days later we ended up calling them. It was probably a total 8-12 times trying to get an answer on whether or not both the cushion covers and mattress were within the requirements to be replaced. During one of the final couple of calls we made to see if the measurements were within warranty to get a replacement mattress, my husband asked if we needed to keep the old mattress or if we could toss it since we were within the measurements to get a replacement. He was told by one of the many customer service reps that we could toss it, so we did. Between all of the calls we made, we received differing information, many reps said they’d give us a call right back and never did, and one of them gave completely incorrect info. We went today to get the replacement mattress as we were told it was within warranty, then at the end we were told they would come to pick up the old mattress in order to do the replacement. Clearly we were given misinformation, and we certainly would not have thrown away the old mattress unless we were told we could. And now we are being told they aren’t sure if they can honor the warranty since we tossed the old matttress EVEN THOUGH THE R&F REP WE SPOKE TO TOLD US WE COULD TOSS IT. Will not be recommending R&F or shopping here again.

The only positive thing I can say is that the manager who helped us (Tori, I believe) was great and communicated clearly with us, was helpful in meeting our price point to find a replacement mattress easily. Still extremely frustrating that this may void our warranty though, as a different R&F employee is the one who told us we could toss it since they had the measurements at that point. The manager is supposed to follow up with us Monday if she is able to get info on how to make this work for us after someone gave us wrong info. Will update if it...
