3/7/25 - We normally recommend this place to family and friends because of the consistent quality of food and great service, no matter if it’s busy or slow.
Unfortunately this time they definitely were not on point. Read below to find out why.
3 employees at host desk during a rush hour while other employees were doing circles around them.
The one hostess was drawing on her hand, she looked so bored.
Garbage on the floor in front of them and on surrounding carpet?
Stuff on floor by bar.
Hostess looks boared while calling out names. Leaning on the station looking like she’s counting the hours till her shift was over lol.
Not to apologetic to tell customers there is an hour wait.
Now another male host is bullshitting with another employee.
While garbage can is full by him.
I saw two push brooms right next to me and I actually grabbed one and picked up some of the paper from the floor lol (my OCD kicked in)
Gordon Ramsay would not be happy lol!
I am hoping the food and service is worth the 45 min wait
Must be a bowl of candy somewhere because the hosts keep going back and forth and having snickers bar candy in their hands lol
30 min later the paper straw is still on the floor in front of them smh
We sat down and 10 min later and rhe male host finally got the push broom and swept up the paper straw the floor !
Our server is Gino was great! We didn’t wait long before we were approached with a smile and quick service!
All of a sudden a comotion broke out and a customer is yelling and screaming!
The man and woman causing a scene ran outside and our waiter assured us we are safe.
Another waiter ran outside to make sure nothing was going on inthe parking lot.
He came back and said that the man involved was by dicks sporting goods!
Come to find out was a “Baby Daddy Dispute” that caused one of the females to slash the tires of the other smh!
All we needed was to hear “Jerry Jerry Jerry” and we would be on the Jerry Springer Show!
The manager was very apologetic and said they had to call the cops to that location last week 🤦♂️
The mac and cheese was amazing! Creamy! Lots of Bacon! Very Filling.
Loaded potato? Burnt bottom!🤦♂️had to ask for another one and rib eye was toooo seasoned. Overwhelming with too much pepper! Not edible had to send back. Uugh
Again our waiter was terrific and quickly put in another order and we received it.
At this time we were just ready to go home.
Second steak way better and was nice enough to provide another potato! Great recovery even though the steak’s flavor was underwhelming.
Review from 2024 Finally a well seasoned steak!! I had the NY Strip and my GF had the RibEye- both cooked to perfection. We were in the mood for a steak and this establishment was on the mark.
Our waiter was friendly and suggested a drink and it was like having 3 lol!

Read moreI want to start out by saying our server, Ashley B. was absolutely amazing. Her service was outstanding, she was kind, attentive, and overall a great server. What was not great and where this one star review comes from is for the manager, Richie. We typically do not order appetizers, but chose to order one since we received a coupon via email for a free one. We submitted the coupon to the waitress, who came back to double check it, since when she put the coupon in the system told her it was expired. She verified the coupon as valid, since it was sent on 11/28, we were there on 12/5, and the coupon stated it expired after 14 days. She told us she would talk to her manager to get him to push it through since it was valid but not working. The manager Richie then came to our table a few minutes later, no introduction or anything, and started pretty much yelling that the coupon didn’t work and there was nothing he could do. I nicely asked if he could bypass it since I wouldn’t have ordered an appetizer if it weren’t for the coupon. He said no, the coupons not valid and “it is what it is”. At this point his attitude was completely inappropriate. I replied “how is it not valid?” He asked who it came from to which I said it came from longhorn do you want to see? He replied with no, the coupon is not valid it was used already (it was not used, and the waitress already told us the coupon was coming up in the system as expired and not used). At this point I was over him, and said okay and he walked away. No apology, no offered solution, nothing. The waitress came back a few minutes later and told us she fought to get him to honor the coupon for us anyway, which I was very grateful for. This is just an example of Ashley going above and beyond for her guests. Richie was hands down the worst customer service experience I’ve had in awhile. If he would have approached us nicely and explained the situation I honestly would have been fine with paying, but his attitude and the way he handled the situation made it beyond not okay. Richie should not work in any sort of customer service position, and I honestly have no idea how he is even a manager with his attitude. I feel sorry for his staff who have to deal with him and any customers who unfortunately cross his path. Overall next time you’re at Longhorn ask to be sat in Ashley B’s section and cross your finger’s Richie...
Read moreI placed an order for pickup. I got stuck in traffic and was 9 minutes late.. I proceed inside and ask the greeter (who was polite and nice white man) where I go to pickup my order. He told me to tell the bar tender I'm here to pick up an order. I proceed to the bar and tell the bar tender (young black lady) I am here to pickup my order. She asks me my name and tells me, I will inform them you are here for a pickup.. she then turns to her friend who just walked up to the bar with a baby in hand and proceeds to start a conversation with said lady holding baby. I step to the side and wait patiently. 40 seconds go by and the bar tender then proceeds to grab the baby from her friend and bring the baby behind the bar!.. I stand there waiting.. another 60 seconds go by. The bar tender has not moved 5 steps from where she was. Hassint informed anyone that I am here for a pickup. Still holding baby and chatting away with her friend. I get inpatient.. over 2 minutes have gone by... another waiter walks by me. I tell him I am here for a pickup. He asks my name and then proceeds into the kitchen. Another 30 seconds go by. Bar tender still holding baby and chatting away. Waiter still hassint come out from kitchen. It's been about 5 minutes and I still haven't been taken care of by the staff.. another wait er walks by. I told her I am here for a pickup.. she proceeds to computer immediately and types in my information. She then reaches under the counter and picks a bag (my bag of food) off of the floor behind the counter and sets it on top of the counter. I open the back to find my family's 3 meals in bag covered in steak sauce due to the top meal case lid falling off.. I proceed to take everything out of the bag to check all meals. Everything is there but covered in steak sauce.. I am pissed by this time. I grab my food and storm out of the building only for my bag to bust open and all of my food fall out... luckily the lids stayed on and food hassint touched the ground.. this has been a very bad experience for me and my family... very un professional of longhorn staff.. the only one that was a professional staff was the door greeter who held the door for me and my elderly father who has walking issues.. if u want a bad experience then order from here.. otherwise I'd suggest elsewhere to order ur food as I will...
