For almost 2 years, myself & my coworkers collectively spend hundreds a month at this location. And we order weekly. On multiple occasions my order as well as coworkers orders have been messed up where an item was left out or I was given an 8 count instead of a 12 count. They also gave my coworker someone elses order with his name on it. There are a lot of younger employees and its very busy there but this has happened multiple times. I got back to work after picking up from there & saw they gave me an “8 count” in a red 12 count box. It was really like 7 nuggets & a crunchy piece. I contacted the location and received no response. I contacted again - no response. I contacted a third time and they sent me a brownie. If I didn’t spend SO much money here I wouldn’t care. I called in and the manager Barbara said to me “We have already fixed an order issue with you 4 times” so I said “Okay so theres a limit for fixing issues? so I’m supposed to pay for things I’m not receiving and be okay with it?” Instead of managing the restaurant to prevent so many issues, She tried to make it like it was my fault the nuggets were missing and was so rude about it. Ignoring me was their first attempt which is insane. I told her if she doesn’t want to have to keep doing this then she should make sure the employees are being more careful. I don’t even care if my stuff is messed up as long as it is rectified but now knowing I was told they will no longer fix my messed up orders after this one is disgusting. Read moreWent there to pickup a catering order which had already been paid for. Stood at this section of the counter which was marked pickup and catering. Every so often an employee would bring over an order and shout out a name and then place the order on the counter and walk away. No one acknowledged my presence or asked if anyone was there dor a catering order pickup. Literally stood there for 10 to 15 minutes and it was like I was invisible. Finally I asked one of the employees, who was delivering orders to people who had ordered and then sat down at a table while their order was being completed, who takes care of catering orders. His response was that you have to ask them pointing to the employees behind the ordering counter. I tried to make eye contact and even called out to one of the employees behind the counter but no one would acknowledge me. I politely asked the same employee that I spoke to before if he would please ask someone to come over and get my order. Bottom line is that I was there for 35 minutes before my order was delivered. Read moreThe absolute best Chick Fil A location I have been to. And I have been to dozens. I was able to get great parking. Went on a Thursday at 1pm. Not busy inside or drive thru. Walked in and placed my order for myself and my child. The cashier was very respectful! I was able to get my drink. As I was going to get a high chair. Another worker on her BREAK, saw me with full arms and helped moved the high chair to where I wanted, set it up and was so polite. Then ANOTHER worker, came with a place mat for my child to eat! Never have I had that at any location! Our food came out super quick, and my child and I enjoyed our meal. Workers were walking around and helping people with their trays/trash, and making sure they have what they need. What really topped it off for me in saying this location is over the moon amazing, is an old couple got one ice cream cone and was short on money.
