Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Derby

The customer service was non existent. The man who took my name, shut the window in my face 3 times before I could get a word in. (Besides this preventing any basic pleasantries this did not allow me to confirm I was receiving (or had) the correct order). The man never checked the order with me, just the name. At the time I chose to ignore this because at least he was fast and actually remembered to include the sauces I requested (this location often forgets to grab them and the sauces aren't free). The sauce grab was the only victory for them. Sadly, I did not check the pizza until I got home (I was too excited about the bread sticks), But when I did get home I realized they gave me the wrong pizza. I ordered a Detroit-Style Deep Dish Ultimate Supreme ($13.00) and they had given me a DETROIT-STYLE DEEP DISH PEPPERON ($10.00). Now Im a pushover and I live 15-20 min away, so I wasn't going to complain, but now its the next day and I've thought about it and im upset. This is the 4th time (out of the 4 few times I've chosen to order ahead instead of getting a hot and ready- which they rarely have ready) this location has had poor customer service and given me the wrong order. I haven't complained before because I know some of the workers there, I like the product and mistakes happen. But it is frustrating and there is no customer support to contact to report to. The $3 dollar difference is also frustrating and the lack of customer service really makes it worse. (I know $3 isn't a lot but I also pre tipped so it adds up when your unsatisfied and broke). I did attempt to call and speak to someone but I didn't even get a "hello" before they said "please hold" and disappeared. I did not hold, I just chose to go to the next option available which was to complain on here. Im very disappointed and if I could give a negative star review I would. Ive learned my lesson and will not be ordering from this...

It was freaking terrible they just need to shut it down all together they took 1 hour just to give me 4 cheese pizzas and crazy puffs not only that we went to the window and asked if they were done one of the employees said that the pizza was almost done then came back and said “I’m sorry she never put the cheese pizzas in the oven.” And offered to give us a free 2 liter or a brownie like that was going to help we said we want the 2 liter and asked how much longer “10 minutes” he says they took longer not only that they said they didnt have more pizzas and needed to cook more but then we see multiple people walk out with pizzas and when we went in there was a lady yelling about her pizza and how she order a cheese pizza a hour ago this place is terrible either get new employees and a manager who can do their job or take the place down. There won’t be a next time and for advice to anyone who wants to come here don’t just go the extra mile or two to a different location. When we got the pizza one young man carried them all by himself and apologized on behalf of his co worker he needs a raise and I respect him for working in such a terrible work environment since his co workers are...

Ordered classic pepperoni pizza and Italian cheese bread. The guy at counter today 07-01-23 at 7pm at derby ks location stated they were out of ready classic pepperoni but had the extramostbestest pepperoni ready to go. We agreed. He said the total without touching computer or anything standing back from the counter where we can see his hands that it's $17.83. My mother questioned the price were as we usually pay $12 for or typical order. He replied that's my bad leaned to the side and said it's $16.83. My mother paid and we left. Scratching our heads at how it was so much more than normal even with the different pizza. We looked up price for carryout online for exactly what we recieved with taxes. It came to $13.49. He is scamming people and I do not take that lightly. Do not be a victim of his crime. He should be fired on the spot for taking money that isn't his. Will not be back. Do not recommend. 0 stars. Oh here's the kicker... we opened the box at home and it's the regular pepperoni we always get charged for the other pizza + some for him to pocket. Didn't recieve a receipt. And the cheese...
