I am a rockhound and i don't look like a typical customer, i.e. tee shirt and cut off shorts. I have never been treated so unprofessionally in my life. I brought in a REAL 10.5 ct natural alexandrite for nothing more than a 3 minute refractometer reading and before I could even get that out of my mouth their gemologist tried to push a $90 appraisal which she was ABSOLUTELY UNQUALIFIED to do. Although she is "GIA certified" that will do me zero good to someone wanting to give me six figures for it. I explained that a GIA certified natural alexandrite was revealed to be SYNTHETIC as proven by a AGL lab which does much more extensive and expensive testing including determining origin. She flat out called me a liar, didnt have any interest in looking at my stone (which was likely the most rare, exotic and valuable stone to ever pass through her doors) and asked me to leave. I took my wife's ring to have it fixed they ended up having it for three weeks. I called at week 2 to get my ring back and they didn't have the ring in the store. When they claim to have an on staff certified Jeweler? This doesn't make sense. It's frustrating not being able to have access to your ring. However the reason I'm giving a one star review is because the employees were not professional and rude. The employees were the middleman and they did not have the power or knowledge to call the shots and whoever's is calling the shots, they were never available to assist. If you have an employee who is running your business you need to be able to trust them and empower them to call the shots to assist the customer. (As every costumers needs are different) And because the employee was stressed as the middle man with no power I was lied to. To sum it up. This business is the opposite of a well...

I went in today to have my Bulova watch looked at for repair. The second I walked in I was met with a very warm welcome. The ladies working were absolutely wonderful and very friendly. The price I was quoted to fix my watch was very affordable, and much less than what the large retail store in the mall was going to charge me. The repairs will be done in-house and not shipped out, which is great because the watch holds sentimental value .
