T-Mobile — Local services in Derry Township

Sam G went absolutely above and beyond for us at the Burnham store. The Nittany Mall T-Mobile retailer in State College, PA cost me hundreds of dollars extra due to an error (on their part) in Keep and Switch and port-in credit promotions when we switched from Verizon to T-Mobile. They then promised credits to pay us back for the error but then we got the run around for months. Sam reviewed all of the documentation and our account history and made our account whole through a courtesy credit. This was something Sam certainly did not have to do especially since the error was on the part of a completely different store, but he did it anyway. Horrible experienced i have been with t mobile for five years went in on labor day at 7:15 pm to look for an upgrade and the guy that was there didnt showed he wanted to help he told me and my wife that we should wait two weeks for the iphone 17 when we werent looking for an iphone 17 !
