Store did not have the boots I was looking for. Manager said they could order and have shipped to me. I understand a delay in receiving due to weather, but what I received was a box with the correct size and color on the outside, yet inside was a totally different color and the wrong size. Called the store and spoke to manager and was advised I would have to call the corporate office. Why? Apparently the store can’t answer simple questions. Of course corporate was closed for the holiday. Upon calling today, I was told sorry, nothing we can do except re-order and hope it’s right. I was offered extra rewards points but no expedited shipping, which is what I need. Especially because we are moving in a few days not to mention more bad weather coming. I bought several pairs of shoes the day I ordered the boots. I will be returning all pairs today and going elsewhere. The first thing that they do when you buy shoes there is check the box and match what’s inside and make sure they are the same size. Apparently this is not policy at their warehouse. What a complete waste of a week waiting on the delivery only to have to waste another day driving a long distance to get there and back to return these items. Stopped in to this location to look around, was wearing my backpack as i was on my bike. opened the front door and was meet by a guy named dylan and was told to remove my backpack because it was a loss prevention issue, mind you i wasnt told hello....or greeted in any friendly way. just told to take off my backpack. felt like i was being accused of theft and didnt even get 2 feet in the door. very poor customer service. went across the street to shoe carnival and had a perfect experience, and bought 2 pair of shoes......with my backpack still on. i will not be going to this company ever again. would give 0...
