Stopped by earlier today (07/08/2019) while some family/friends were checking out a museum from around the corner and just fell in love with the vibe and all the stuff that was for sale here. Yeah some of it is a little pricey but you DEFINITELY get what you pay for. On top of everything the customer service was excellent. Definitely seemed like a store that I would see back home in the Bay Area around San Francisco or San Jose. Will for sure stop by next time im in town to pick some stuff up, probably gonna order a few shirts pretty soon, i also turned some of my friends on to their shorts so you guys might have some long distance...

Great people and amazing customer service. I'm having them make me a custom holster for a cosplay gun to match the steam punk outfit as well as a holster similar to the one from hitman. They make sure to get a good understanding of exactly what i want and how i want it to look. Took appropriate measurements and provided me with a good timeline. Looks like items he ate not cheap, but extremely high quality. You'll get more than your money's worth. And again, the staff continue to go...

I've purchased a few items from Fontenelle before. Great shop, great people. I had an uncommon request for them the other month – I needed a new leather strap for the back of my baseball hat. I knew they made custom leather belts as well as other leather goods & asked if they could repair/replace my strap. They said "for sure." They had it replaced with a new, better piece of leather in about 15 minutes & charged me about half of what a new cap would cost. Killer customer service....
