Today I placed an order fo pick up by phone. my order consisted of two menudos and two orders of tacos dorados. I was very clear when asking to please pack all the vegetables, cheese and sauces of my tacos separately so that they do not arrive home watery and specify no cream since I am allergic. When I picked up my order, the girl who took my order was my cashier and server.after she handed me my order she returns and without saying anything takes one of the bags and takes it away (they had packed the order poorly, and stuff was missing) that action made me wonder so I open and check the other bag To make sure the rest of my order was ok, I check to see that the vegetables in my tacos (lettuce, salsa, cheese) were indeed put in a separate container from the tacos but everything was tossed together like a salad and swimming in cream. I returned it to the girl and I asked her to change it, annoyed, she told me you asked for it separately, there it is, I stressed to her that it had cream and I asked for it without cream that she would please change it. She went to the kitchen at the time that she returned she threw the container in the bag and told me in a bad tone there it is. When I got home I realized that it was the same container that i had send back and the same vegetables, they only half removed the part on top that had more cream and left the rest. my $70 dinner was ruined. I was not going to eat some dry tacos without vegetables or sauce since, as I mentioned, I am allergic to cream and instead of giving me a clean container with new vegetables without cream, they reused it with residues of the cream that by mistake they put on. Terrible attitude of the waitress/cashier, bad service and little attention to what the customer asks for. It is worth mentioning that there was no language conflict since I spoke to...

Ordered Birria, Horchata and a Kids meal (eggs).

Birria was good.

Horchata, definitely a must have. Not super sweet like other places, Definitely on the top 10 best Horchatas I have tried.

Kids meal, not the greatest for $6.29. Its a very simple meal 2 eggs, fries and a drink. Not really worth the price for having only one side (fries)

The other Kids meal option is a Quesadilla with fries or beans, and a drink.

Recommendations:

-Serve the tortillas in a tortillera because on the basket they get cold fast

-Make the kids meal with 2 sides. Add other options like fruit (grapes, watermelon, pineapple), veggies (broccoli, carrots) 1 slide of bacon or 1 sausage

-Smile 😃 be more welcoming and friendly its part of customers service. This is very important to many, including me. This is the reson why I gave it 3 stars. Staff may of have a bad day but customer service is part of the uniform.

Saturday the 1st of July, I took my wife and 2 of my sons here. I WAS BLOWN AWAY. Luis was friendly and welcoming, the food was incredible, and the place was clean & inviting. If they keep doing what they are doing, they're going to need a bigger place.

I only have one complaint, and I know it's extremely minor, but please have diabetic friendly drink options besides water. Aspartame is a nasty beast, but there are other alternatives. (Like Agave Sweetener, or Stevia)
