I don't know how this location stays in business. The woman who's always there is rude and has no customer service skills. She also decides to close whenever she feels like it, no matter what the times posted on the website say. Many times, we've gone there only to find it closed when it was supposed to be open.
Once, for an online order, the store was apparently out of the white bread I'd asked for. Instead of waiting for me to come pick up the order and ask me herself, she decided on a bread substitution for me - whole grain, which I can't eat, because I have ulcerative colitis and can't digest it. Very annoying, but not a cardinal sin.
Last night was the last straw, though. We placed an order online at 6:49 PM. The restaurant was supposed to be open until 8. My fiance left to go pick up the order, which we'd asked to have ready at 7:15. I got an e-mail at 7:02 stating that our order had been cancelled. My fiance got to the store, where the woman was closing up, and he asked her why she'd cancel the order. She just said that they were closed and that she never received an online order. Well... that's bull, because we had an order confirmation, and the order wasn't cancelled until 13 minutes later. She was still there when he got there at 7:07! He was even earlier than the time we asked for! She offered no explanation, no apology - just said, "you can come back tomorrow to pick up the order." Well, how does that help to feed our family TONIGHT, to pick up an order we already paid for tomorrow??! Mind boggling. Truly, astonishingly asinine. My fiance watched angrily from the car as she gleefully locked the door and left, with no concern at all that she'd just robbed us of both our money and our dinner.
Our bank account shows that the money has been taken out. Pretty cute, for an order that was supposed to be cancelled.
Never going to this location again. And neither should you - especially if you need to use the restroom while you're there, too. Homegirl will lie straight through her teeth and say it's out of order. I have IBD and am protected under Ally's Law and the ADA to guarantee me restroom access... but I don't trust this chick as far as I can throw her. I walked in with three children and three adults we walked directly to the restroom cause we were traveling and had never been into a subway that locked their doors unless after hours. Well it was opening time 9 a.m to be exact. bathroom doors locked one out of order. My husband asked for the key to the bathroom and she immediatley said out of order. So he asked for the womens she said you have to be a customer!!! Well number one its 9 a.m. we might decide to be a customer but you didnt even greet us when we walked in and if you had you would know that we had children with us and we are not drug addicts wanting the restroom to shoot up like where the Eff am i right now?? How could you not look up when people walk in and be that "oblivious to what's around you. She gave us the key because my husband started ordering a sandwhich. Bathroom has NOOOOOOO SOAP!!!!!! While making the sandwiches, the employee was putting incorrect ingredients on the sandwiches, I politely tried to correct her and she slammed the receipt down on the counter and told me to make changes then and let her make the sandwich. I tried to explain to her I do not want any changes, I just want what I ordered.
