I've been coming to Salon Michelle for a little over 10 years now. All the people who work here are extremely nice and talented at what they do. I started seeing Felicia when i was about 14 ( 6 years ago) and i can honestly say this lady saved my hair. I am naturally a dirty blonde but i died my hair a dark brown for a year and realized I hated it. When I was that age I was really stupid and cut my hair weird and tried bleaching it at home. my hair came out yellow, orange, brown. it was a disaster. I told Felicia I wanted to go back to blonde again. and I don't know how she did it but she fixed my hair. I had blotches of orange,yellow and brown all in my hair and by the end I was a nice even ashy blonde. since then I always come to Felicia. Hey guys! Don't offer online booking if it's a hot mess. I booked online with a specific stylist weeks ago (I'm a new client who was recommended a specific stylist). I have been receiving confirmations once or twice and all looked normal...then today received another email confirm indicating a different stylist. Called and spoke with someone not entirely friendly nor helpful. Finally said to cancel it outright after she hmm'ed, haww'ed, and seemed surprised I was unwilling to meet with a different stylist.

Poor first impression (actually, its the second impression....first was last summer when my long-scheduled appointment was canceled at the last minute because the stylist was sick… obviously not a case for a negative review in and of itself).
