If I could give 0 stars I would. I’ve never dealt with such a blatant disregard of customers from a business at all. I used to buy 3-4 disposable vapes ($75-100+) per visit here since they usually have my favorite flavors and they’re close to my mom’s house. The older man has always helped me and he’s so unenthused and rude, as if I’m bothering him for purchasing from HIS business. About a month ago I had an issue with one where it wouldn't turn off and was leaking juice everywhere straight out of the box. I live about 35 minutes away so wasn't able to come back in for 2 weeks. When I did bring it in he told me it had been too long and if I had brought it in within a week he would have been able to help me. When I bought another of the same flavor during the same visit I had to go through 3 boxes because all of them had juice inside the bag. So he could see there was problems with them but still wouldn't do anything about the defective one! I stopped buying from here as much after that. Last week I bought 2 and one of them did the same thing where it wouldn't turn off (this one was a completely different flavor/version than the first). I brought it in earlier today, 5 days after purchasing it, and he told me he couldn't return or exchange it because the company wouldn't refund him. I asked him so the customer just has to eat it?? How does that make sense? He said nothing to that but said he could give me $3 off another. I was heated at this point because $3 off is a joke after paying $50 for 2 defective products. I did end up buying another because I needed one anyways, then AFTER I paid for it he told me if it doesn't work he won't be able to do anything because he already gave me $3 off. I’m almost positive it’s illegal to not issue a refund for defective products but I’m sure he doesn’t care since he obviously doesn’t care about customers. Read moreI called 5 minutes ago to check to make sure they carry a specific brand of something and the guy who answered the phone did not feel like checking, so he told me that I had to drive over there to check for myself. I was VERY polite. I asked nicely and it only would have taken him about 30 seconds to check. He hung up on me mid sentence as I was trying to explain "I live far and wanted to know if you could save me the drive if you don't have it." He hung up on me when I got to the first 2 words of the sentence. It was very rude. I don't know why he was so hostile. I did nothing wrong. Can I get an explaination about why he was so angry? There are smoke shops on every corner. If I had that much competition, I would try to be polite to polite customers. Anyways, I found it online and at other stores so I never need to go...

Unlike other smoke shops that seemed to be annoyed when you walk in and some will even make you wait if their on the phone or worse they help you while continue to talk on the phone, that's worse then making you wait till they are done with the phone call.. But here they stop whatever they are doing and focus on the customer. The store is pleasant and we'll stocked the cigar humidor has a nice variety of fresh cigars and all are priced to fit your budget. They also carry an array of accessories cutters, lighters and the staff is knowledgeable about their products.
