Sticks Gallery — Local services in Des Moines

I was very excited to order my first Sticks piece from their website. When I received it I was very disappointed. I ordered a media cabinet and on the top of it is a large flower and the artist did not do a good job blending the colors and it did not look professional in my opinion. When I reached out about my disappointment they did not seem to care I was dissatisfied and wanted me to pay for shipping the media cabinet back so they could fix it and also pay for return shipping. I was extremely disappointed their customer service was so lacking especially when I had paid several thousand dollars. I would be aware that what you see pictured may not be exactly what you get and there could be errors in the painting. If you are ok with that you will be fine.
