Even though I didn’t purchase anything from Case and Repair Master, I had to write this review. Bought my new iPhone X a few days ago, and I ordered my case and my screen protector online. I finally got my screen protector last night, and I didn’t want to mess it up with bubbles (I’m sure you all know what I mean!) so I went to the Apple Store and I asked them if they can help me put it on my phone since I’m bad at it and I offered to pay for it too Apple told me that I could purchase the screen protector from them, and that’s the only way they would install it for me. I didn’t want to spend $40(!) on another screen protector. The girl in Apple suggested that I ask the kiosk outside of their store. So I went outside to the Case and Repair Master kiosk and I asked the guy (Shoval) how much it would be to install my screen and he told me not to worry about it! He grabbed my phone and my screen, installed it perfectly!! And didn’t charge me at all! I mean, I know it’s not a big deal, but still, small stuff like that can really brighten your day. Shoval was super nice and very helpful, he even said that the case that I brought was good protection and he is proud of me for the one I chose this one lol. Let’s just say this: my next iPhone case is definitely from him and the kiosk (they have really nice selection!)

Btw, they also fix your iPhone on the spot if you broke it.

Extremely Dishonest and Untrustworthy Service – Avoid at All Costs

I had a very disappointing and dishonest experience with a phone repair technician at West County Mall. He falsely claimed that my phone required a motherboard replacement, saying it was a highly complex repair that would take an expert technician “five years of experience.” He initially asked for $150, then reduced the price to $80 as a “discount.”

In reality, all he did was perform a simple software update, and after that, Face ID stopped working completely. He charged me $80 just for software, and it took two full days (48 hours) to return the phone — far from their false claim of “repairs in 15 minutes.”

Worse, I have no idea if he removed or replaced any internal parts from my phone during that time. When I confronted him about the misleading service, he rudely said I was “wasting his time,” even though he’s the one who wasted mine.

When I told him I would leave a negative review, he responded arrogantly, saying, “I don’t care, I have many good reviews.” In my opinion, most of those positive reviews appear to be fake.

This person is dishonest, manipulative, and not to be trusted. I strongly advise others to stay away...

I went to Repair Master at West County Mall to get my iPhone 17 Pro Max fixed, and they did an amazing job. My screen was cracked and the touch wasn’t working right, but they fixed everything so fast. The guy who helped me was really friendly and explained what needed to be done before starting.

The repair only took about 30 minutes, and when I got my phone back it looked brand new — bright screen, smooth touch, Face ID working perfectly again. They even cleaned the phone and put on a free screen protector for me, which was a nice bonus.

I also liked that they were honest about the price before doing the repair. No hidden fees or surprise costs — just straight-forward service. The store is inside the mall, so I was able to grab a snack while waiting, and by the time I came back, my phone was ready.

If you ever need your iPhone fixed fast, especially the new models like the 17 Pro Max, I totally recommend coming here. They really know what they’re doing and care about making sure your phone feels...
