Took my wife and I here on our Anniversary for massages today. It was NOT a good experience from beginning to end.

We first arrived and check-in was easy since I had reservations for us. The hostess took us to their relaxation room, but was anything but relaxing. The relaxation room was very bright and light was reflecting off cars from outside and shining through their vinyl blinds as there were no curtains on the windows. The chairs were not very comfortable and was more like a lobby than a relaxation room.

My wife got the tranquility massage, but it should have been advertised as a body rub. There was no pressure applied throughout the entire 75 minutes so there was no actual massage. Halfway through the "massage", the masseuse dropped a hot stone on the tiled floor and was so loud it even startled me next door. My wife complained to me the oil and stones were too hot. After her rub down, the masseuse turned on her shower and when my wife stepped in, it too was extremely hot. She left more tense than when we arrived.

I received the warm stone massage. Unlike my wife, the stones I had were not very warm at all. I like a firm massage, but my masseuse was rolling my muscles over on to themselves. It almost seemed as she did not understand the muscular structure of the human body. After informing her of applying less pressure to the outside of my muscles and more to the middle, she barely massaged anything from that point on. The masseuse also did not use enough oil with the stones as they rubbed across my skin and did not glide like they are supposed to. After I was finished, she just told me to get dressed (I did not have a shower available and if I did, I was not informed of one), so when I got off the massage table, I almost slipped on their slick tile floor as there was still some oil on my feet. I did not enjoy putting my clothes back on with oil all over my body still.

When I was paying for our treatment, the lady at the front asked me how we liked our massages. When I told her that it wasn't the best experience we've ever had, she did not even ask what went wrong or what could have been better. I probably should rate this place lower, but since this was our first (and most likely last) time going there, I'm just chalking it up to them...

Best spa experience ever! I went here because I had a gift certificate for the "Spa Getaway". This included a 60-minute massage and a facial with dermaplaning. Upon walking in, I was welcomed by the receptionist in a very calm, sunlit lobby. She showed me around and then gave me a robe and flip-flops to change into. The changing room was secure, large enough to be comfortable, and sufficiently bright. They gave me a key to my locker which I kept in my robe pocket.

The massage was with Kristina. She is the most talented healer I have ever met! I have struggled with severe head and neck pain for a couple years. She knew exactly where to massage to relieve so much of my pain. She also has a comforting and relaxing presence. I have continued making appointments with her thanks to this experience, and I cannot recommend her enough.

The facial was with Kyla. I was so impressed by her skills too! My face has never looked as good as it did after this facial, which inspired me to take better care of my skin. She really made my face glow and feel healthier than ever. She also did a neck and shoulder massage during part of the facial, which was unexpected and a great way to relax even more.

I thought this would be a one-time treat, thanks to a gift from a loved one. However, I have returned to the spa since then and will continue to make it a regular occurrence because it was such an amazing experience. I highly recommend...

My first experience at Pure Harmony was the beginning of this year and I loved it. Ally was amazing and performed my dermaplaning and glycolic peel effortlessly. However I went back today and had the worst experience ever. Unfortunately Ally no longer is employed here so I had a new esthetician who performed the same services. I was not at all relaxed and came out with my skin looking worse than when i went in. I suffer from hyper pigmentation from acne scars and because Gabrielle didn’t evaluate my skin or ask me any questions, she performed very painful extractions that left me we swollen dark spots all over my face. And to top it off, I was charged more for my services than I should have been but didn’t thoroughly realize this until I got home. I now have a credit on my account but am unsure if I even want to return after my service today. Only reason I am rating 3 stars is because my first experience was...
