I received a $200 gift card for Christmas from my daughters. I decided to use it for a Peel. I went in and was greeted by 2 very kind ladies at the desk and an amazing scent in the air. I filled out a brief questionaire and was then taken to my treatment room with Brandi Jeffords. She was amazing! She discussed my skincare needs and helped me decide which peel was right for me. The process was fast, relaxing and painless. The checkout process was so easy. I was asked if I wanted to sign up for the free Alle program, which I did, who wouldn't, right?! I was then informed about the monthly club plan which is a super great deal, I immediately jumped onboard for that! Brandi gave me some free samples to use after my treatment, I booked my next treatment, and I left a very happy camper. I HIGHLY recommend Aurora Medical Spa!!!
UPDATE: 2nd visit I received my 2nd facial, and it was so relaxing. Brandi Jeffords does a wonderful job and makes me feel more like a friend than a patient. Next, I went in to see Toni for an injectable consult. We decided that the Botox around my eyes would be best for me to start with. Since it was my first time, I didn't know what to expect. Well, it was not painful at all. It's like a little bee sting. Brandi walked me through the different products in the front office and wow, I want them all! I ended up going with the TNS Advanced + Serum. The check out process with Adrienne is always super easy and I love that the girls tell me what all they do for their skin because they all look amazing!
UPDATE: 3rd visit I went in for a Diamond Glow and came out with amazing skin. Mary was awesome! She explained the process beforehand and I was very comfortable. There was absolutely no pain at all. She gives an amazing facial massage while applying the creams and I didn't...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreUnfortunately, I could never recommend this medical spa to anyone. They are completely incompetent, will overcharge you, and rip you off! In addition, they have screwed up my recent facial procedures and it wasnāt the first time. I have had enough and will never go back. In addition, the spa manager Stella doesnāt even give you the time of day, nor will call you back when youāve had such a horrible experience. I have suffered two horrendous black eyes, and uneven filler injections maming my face, itās unreal how incompetent these nurses are doing these procedures.
And their Botox injections donāt work, are watered down, or maybe not Botox at all?? Iām not sure at this point, all I know is that when I get botox done there, it doesnāt work on my forehead wrinkles at all, but yet I was charged $350 and had zero results. Iāve tried to make several appointments to get it fixed but I get no response, or impossible hours for me to come in and get āevaluatedā not to mention rude receptionist acting as if youāre bothering them. I even sent pictures showing them that there were no results, and they kept saying wait another week, it takes more time, but 3 weeks later and the results never came. I was completely ripped off!
They also screwed up my under eye filler, which was so uneven, so misplaced in my cheekbones, and so overdone that I had to have it all dissolved by another provider. Another total waste of $600. My eyes literally looked worse than when I came in to get my under eyes filled. I have recently called the BBB on them For unfair business practices and for ripping me off without regard. By far the Worst experience Iāve ever had at any medical spa...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI have to admit that as a first time user of Juvederm I didn't know what I was getting myself into. When I made the appointment I asked if I could have a consultation and treatment on same day. The answer was yes. But there was no warning given about stopping any blood thinning medication. The clinician discussed my daily use of aspirin when she saw it on my chart. I also brought up bruising and she said it's possible but should only last a week. I told her I had several public engagements within the week. I wish she would have said that it's in my best interest to come back when I can give myself some time to heal and don't have several social activities to attend. After treatment my face was so badly bruised that I had to see a cosmetologist to have the bruises covered just so that I could leave my house each day. It's awful. When I called the spa about it I was told that most people do not experience this kind of result and that I was in the minority. I have no idea if that is true but I'm so sorry I had the treatment and my warning to each of you is do careful research before doing anything...
