It was my first visit here and in general. I like this place. The atmosphere is interesting if a bit industrial. Tables are cafeteria style, so you may be sharing with others. You order at the counter, and they bring your food as it is completed. The girl at the register wasn't the most helpful. Im thinking she might not be good with English. I asked a few questions, and she didn't seem to acknowledge them. So, we flew by the seat of our pants and tried a few different soup dumplings and a side.

The only open spot was a bit dirty on the table, but it wasn't bad. About 5 minutes or so later, our side of Spicy Wonton Noodle arrived. I found it quite tasty. We were about finished with that when the first couple batches of dumplings arrived. As far as soup dumplings go, I would say they are better than others I've tried. We didn't get every flavor, but the beef and pork ones specifically were very full flavored. The Shrimp & Cheese were oddly muted for such a combo. The three baskets and side were plenty to fill us up.

One issue we ran onto is that they delivered our food, but we were unaware that the utensils were off to the side of the register. After I found them, I was surprised to find only spoons. We made due until I noticed the girl bring out chopsticks a bit later.

I think I would enjoy my next visit better when I know what to expect. The food is worth it, but don't expect the...

I ordered the steam chicken dumplings and the chicken pan fried dumplings. When I opened my bag I discovered that my pan fried chicken dumplings were in fact pork and my steamed chicken dumplings were not steamed basically raw. I called the location to express my disdain and was told "that I watched them cook the steam dumplings and it is just a spice that causes that color" I explained I have never seen steam dumplings look like this as I frequent food from this location often. I was merely asking for my food to be made correctly and was willing to walk across the parking lot to have the food made correctly. I was then met with combativeness and opted for a refund I was then advised" the owner is not here I cannot give you a refund." I then explained I work in healthcare and across the parking she then stated she will issue a refund and the owner will more than likely call you. I advised I will not patronize this business due to the way I was spoken to after I was willing to come back and have the food re-made. I am giving this location 0 stars due to customer service. 1/19/25: update your response “first of all” is exactly why I will not patronize your establishment either location; I also NEVER received a refund. Also all calls are recorded as I called from the office. This is the epitome of POOR...

The first impression walking in is that it is very clean & well kept. Order at the counter. I had the beef soup dumplings, cucumber salad in miso & classic boba tea. The girl that took my order was polite & helpful when ordering. Utensils are to the right of the counter. There is soft instrumental music that was not loud & was pleasant. Cucumber salad & boba tea came out first & both were delicous. The beef soup dumplings came next. They were well seasoned & so tender. I bussed my own table afterward.

I'm a retired public health scientist & did restaurant inspection early in my career, so I'm very critical. I couldn't find anything at Tiger Soup Dumplings to criticize. I was just a customer so I only saw the front of the house. There was a group of young people that were running the front of the house. Normally that means a place is unkept & dirty; not this place. The dining area was very clean & supplies were well stocked. Some of the staff helped customers by explaining items on the menu, and they did so in such a polite manner. I loved this place & can't wait to come back & try other menu items. Have already recommended it to other people & I haven't left the parking lot yet. I hope everyone enjoys this place as...

So there I was, jogging around Creve Couer lake when suddenly the thought of soup dumping popped into my head. No, not because I had a sudden craving for dumplings, but because my friend - who was gracefully jogging beside me - suggested it. As she effortlessly breezed through the workout, I struggled to keep up, my lungs gasping for air after not running for what felt like eons. But after finally completing our exercise torture session, we made our way to Tiger Soup Dumping. And let me tell you, it was worth every gasp and wheeze. We indulged in an array of chicken and pork dumplings, steamed to perfection, along with a side of spicy wontons and a refreshing cucumber salad. The dumplings were a taste sensation, the salad light and flavorful, and the wontons had just the right kick of spice to keep things interesting. All in all, the food was delectable, the journey to get there was an adventure in itself, and I have to admit, the end result was pretty darn satisfying. Who knew a random soup dumping craving could lead to such a delightful dining experience?

Food was good taste but most carb less protein. Smoothies looked good but the taste was not as good as it look. Most importantly, we went for lunch, the cashier took our orders got our payment. After that she told us that the staff would be on break at that time. Then, we saw the whole staff took food and eat as a group including the casher. She came to take orders for a couple families while she was eating. We and other hungry customers had to watch them eating for 20 minutes. Then a couple staff members went back and started preparing the order. I don’t have a problem with the staff break time. They worked hard and deserved a good quality break time. However, if the whole staff had to break at the same time, the restaurant should have been closed for the whole team break time. It’s not fair for hungry customers to wait and watch them eat.
