I would rate this zero if I could. Went dress shopping with my daughter and we both waited 45 minutes in line. While we were trying on dresses and associate (assuming it was the manager) said we could not try on each others dresses because apparently each person can only try on a max of 6 items per person total which was not posted or stated to us. I explained I had waited in the line and was entitled to use the fitting room just like everyone else who had waited in line. She told me I could try thing on but she wouldn't sell us anything we tried on. This abhorrent customer service was undeserved after waiting 45 minutes TO GIVE THIS STORE MONEY!!!!!
I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN ANOTHER WINDSOR.
Corporate office - If you are reading this you need to invest in training your team to understand that customer service and even posting a policy will go along way. I waited in line and was denied the opportunity to shop and purchase from your store. You've lost a long...
Read moreThe girls at the register were absolutely horrible to my mom today, all while refusing to correct a mistake that they had initially made. I live out of town and went into this particular store in May of this year to find a dress for a wedding. I couldn’t even wear the dress upon arrival at the wedding because the employee forgot to take the security tag off of it. I’m finally back in town visiting and my mom offered to take the dress back to have them take the tag off (with the receipt and bag that came with the purchase) and the girls behind the register laughed at her and mocked her while accusing her of stealing the dress. They were making faces at her and literally laughing in her face while she was visibly upset. I loved this store and shopped here online and in store while I was able, but after today I won’t ever purchase another thing. I’ve never written a bad review, but I’m fuming after hearing about how terribly they treated my mom there...
Read moreIf I could give no star I would. I just sat in line waiting for my daughter to try on dresses for over 30 minutes. Fine no problem its homecoming season. All to be told that i wasn't standing in a real line. The same employee walked past us more than a handful of times and not once mentioned anything to us until it was our turn. Was it because she's black.? We were not spoken to with respect. Why let us just stand there.? Check your camera. I should have thrown a fit. I took all the items i had and spoke to a worker up front,i proceeded to tell her the situation and she did nothing to rectify the issue. She told me that there was no possible way to tell that there was a line even though we were behind 4 people prior to...
