Hacienda Palms Shopping Center — Local services in Desert Hot Springs

This Shopping center is ok. There are a few stores here that offer fair pricing .The downfall of this shopping center is that it doesn't coincide with the people in this community Budget wise. Every community should have pricing that everyone in a community can afford. Otherwise what good does it do for the community. There are only 2 Grocery stores in desert hot springs .Vons, Stater Bros. The only store that meets the majority of peoples budget within this community is a Mexican Market. Rancho Grande. They are not a Grocery store, they are a market. The majority of there food is Mainly Mexican food . American food, if you can find some, is overpriced or almost always a day or 2 before the expiration date expires. Why would you put a restaurant that has a lousy burger, fries, and a soda for almost the same price...

BofA & Chase Banks Stater Bros, City Auto repair shop, (crazy cheap oil change, waaay cool owner 'Jeff') Excellent prices but closed on Sats/Suns. Adjacent window tinting/car stereo guys (get a Bluetooth stereo for $240 installed! WTH?! (right?) Good window tinter: couple hrs ea car. $175 my '13 Fusion, $135 my daughter's Kia Rio: both light tint both fronts & limo all 3 back windows. A single bay DIY car wash w/Saturday detail crew you can hire for cheap. Continuation school Radio Shack, Doughnut shop, Asian Massage Shop, Mex Food place Carl's Jr & $1 store. There's a water fill up place in corner (I never went). I usually just go to Staters & I'm done. Typical middle income to low middle income environment. Just go in, get your whatever and move on...unless you run into someone you know, like I do, and...

I had a very bad Experience at this location last time I was there..i ordered a hamburger and told the lady i wanted no pickles and extra onions.. i got no onions and no pickles. It was late night and I didn't notice until I got back home. Called the next day thru the customer service phone number. They were unable to find my order. The rep advised me to go to the location and explain what happened..so I went back to the location and they asked her, she says yes I remember you.so I told her what happened being messed up. Then she says I'm sorry. Did you want some onions? I just looked. I actually felt offended by her remarks. What I really wanted was for my sandwich to have how I ordered it. But ok.
