Desert Hot Springs Town Center — Local services in Desert Hot Springs

This Vons is not up to what I would consider to be the Vons standard as far as the store itself. The carts are all beat up making me think this is where they bring the unacceptable carts from other Vons stores in the Coachella Valley. I would really like for Vons to instill like standards in this store in line with their other stores like the Palm Springs store for example. You just need to got to the Desert Hot Springs store and the Palm Springs store to see the vast difference between those two. You can seek out the others and you'll find very similar differences as well. But I do have to give kudos to ALL the staff at the Desert Hot Springs store the are very attentive to your needs and super nice folks for that alone make shopping there a pleasant experience. I might add that a number of time they have run out of product that is on special but I have not experienced that issue at the Palm Springs store ever and I have been shopping at Vons almost exclusively in all the 3 and a half years I have lived in the...

Overstock is Like going to a Ross department store, they have very famous name brands they sell at overstock in Desert Hot Springs California for more than 70% off The high end department stores prices… They don’t just sell clothes, they sell housewares, bedding, shoes, makeup, Christmas Decorations, small furniture and appliances for the home.. The owner of the company is super amazing, he’s very friendly and knowledgeable helpful and courteous.. He actually will come out and help his staff when they are swamped with customers, he is a very down to earth business Owner… I really appreciate business owners that are like that .. My husband and I were business owners as well a 3 time business Owner in Northern California for over 15 years.. So we greatly appreciate him and his down to earth attitude he has with his fellow employees…. With all that being said, everyone who hasn’t came into the store Called “ Overstock “ Needs right away… !! Let’s all support OUR LOCAL...

The pharmacy tech led me to believe Johnson & Johnson vaccine was no longer available and there was a nationwide shortage which turned out to be completely and untrue, because 24 hours later I went to another place and I was able to get my booster J&J booster shot.

Pharmacy employee should never mislead people on availability when it comes to Covid health concerns, completely unacceptable attitude. Luckily I ended up by mistake early to my appointment by one day and was turned away, also with an 85 year old man looking for the Covid vaccine. The 85-year-old man could barely make it to the counter to ask, but the pharmacy tech turned them away because he didn't have an appointment, disgusting.... I ended up getting my Johnson & Johnson booster from Desert Oasis Health Center 24 hours later. Needless to say I canceled my appointment.. Terrible service to...
