BRANDS OVERSTOCK — Local services in Desert Hot Springs

I loved this store it has such great finds and deals. I have never had to exchange anything. I went in there today to exchange a pair of pants I got. When I purchased the pants the tags were in the pockets and I noticed it when I tried them on at home (I put my hands in the pockets) As soon as the manager saw them she started saying they were used and the tags were not on them I tried to explain that the tags were not attached when I bought them and they were inside the pocket she right away said well I thought you said they they were not on there and her and her co worker giggled I was furious after that because I would never exchange anything I have wore especially if it's 10 bucks. I go in there and usually spend a good chunk of cash depending on my finds and feel that the "manager" was very disrespectful especially because she is the one who checked me out that day so she is the one who missed the tags being in the pocket since she stated "the girls are usually really good with noticing if tags are not attached" well it was her she missed it. She did tell me she will give me the opportunity to exchange them this one time but I was too furious from the disrespect so I walked away. I hope the owner sees this because this is a great neighborhood store where locals can shop and keep the money in the city and we should be treated like good paying customers. As much as it hurts I will no longer be shopping here. I have worked in customer service my entire life and I would never talk to a customer the way this supposedly manager...

Brands Overstock is good place to bay anything like any kind of cloths, shoes for adults, teenagers, very young children, accesories, etc. Anybody who needs to buy much cheepear, than in any other much more expensive stores, will come out of that store very glad with smile. U will safe, safe and more safe, anything U touch is worthy efford to look and keep more money in this not very happy economic times. I must mention about staff, every lady who works there are sweet and very nice. If is necessities, they will help anybody gladly. This store has really changed when they first opened up they was begging for people to come in and shop the prices was cheap, but since the stimulus checks the prices has gotten higher and overprice, the store should be call Brands Overpriced, I will not give this place a star because of the high price on men jeans they were $7.99 then $14.99 Now since the stimulus checks the men jeans are $19.99 and that my friend is to high for a store when it open the name was Brands Overstock Now the new name should be Brands Overpriced, all I have to say is buyer's please beware of the price...
