This place is a Hidden Gem in the Stater Brothers Plaza in the Far Right Corner. You would hardly know it's there, But!!! you need to know its there!!! The food there is out of this world. So many choices to choose from, and each one made to perfection. I had the Shrimp Fajita and I could not stop eating it. The Owner, Chuy, is also the cook and great personality and our server Griselda Celis speaks Spanish and English and is so friendly and helpful. In Desert Hot Springs this is one of many Taquerias el Güero, I do have to mention the food never fails unless like many times waitresses are clueless on what they’re doing.

Food overall is well prepared as well as taste and presentation.

I’ve seen that the waitresses lack everything, empathy, service, common sense, be advised English might not be spoken either.

If you go here just take it to go I wouldn’t suggest getting familiar with the service here(because there is none) my suggestion is eat it at home.

Not clean, to my knowledge and the few times I’ve visited.

I would like to try other Taquerias el güero I’m sure there’s a change in at least appearances or the same service.

Meh food for sure, speaking of the main course. However, the flan was 4/5. Service was also meh. I watched several others get pretty decadent service, but I sat there forever waiting to take my order and also waited forever for the table to be cleared and bill brought. I was alone and I saw groups of 3-4 come in after me and were served and dismissed much faster. And when she took my card to run it, she brought back the final receipt with no ability to add a tip. That leaves me in the jerk position of being a non-tipper because I wasn’t made aware of this when she took my card, and don’t carry cash. Though the service wasn’t awesome, it wasn’t bad...
