Hampton Square Shopping Center — Local services in DeSoto

I went to Cricket about a month ago and purchased a phone for my daughter and everything was fine cashier was nice and helpful but a month later I found out it was a lie. My daughter phone is disconnected cause payment wasn’t received and when I call 611 they tell me her service was by itself and not added to my line. 611 put me on hold for 30 mins waiting for a supervisor so I disconnected and called the store. The manager at the store tells me I paid $50 for the phone which the cashier told me it was $199, but that was my fault cause I didn’t read the receipt which I never do but anyway I was lied and my daughter’s line is disconnected and I have to pay $65 if I want to merge the lines. I won’t ever do business with them again. Peace...

Everytime I go here the lady with the red hair is very nice! My kids go here instead of the one on wheatland where the customer service is not as good, they have a better selection but I choose good customer service over a few more items to buy. I just get what I can we always find something. She is really patient with my son too. Who has a disability. He can move a little shower and she never huffs or puff or anything like some on this side of town. Thanks!! Give that lady a raise or a paid...

So much to choose from. You'll spend too much. Great prices. Not name brand though material will last if properly taken care. I have items that I purchased several years ago and they still look great. I love this store. Employees...
