Dairy Queen — Restaurant in DeSoto

I brung my family to DQ in DeSoto on Hampton and it was the worst decision ever😡the staff was busy conversation amongst themselves and got my order wrong, the ice cream machine had to be filled which made us wait until it was ready to serve before we could get our banana splits and they left off a banana split🤦🏾‍♀️in which I had to charged again…as we walk to a table to sit down our shoes where sticking to the floor as if they mopped the floor in sugar water. My blizzard was brought to me with a lid on it and it wasn’t turned upside down to make sure it wasn’t runny, I took the lid off and I had a cup of milk and pecans. When I say I won’t be back it’s a definite promise. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS ESTABLISHMENT TO NO ONE…to the manager/owner a remodeled store and horrible workers don’t mix at all, if you want your store to make it, get you a crew that is willing to work and not play and have conversations with their fellow employees while they’re taking orders because they will get it wrong every time!

This is one franchise that should be pulled. They are always out of most items. Today wasn't any different and we will not be returning. They don't have the treats for the kids meals. Asked for sundae with 3 toppings (strawberry, chocolate and caramel....was told they can't sell it like that. Asked for snickers blizzard and they didn't have the ingredients. Asked for heath blizzard and just received ice cream. The hot chocolate was on the bottom of the cup, which caused the ice cream to melt fast. Asked for napkins and received 2. I asked for another napkin so that we all could have one and the Hispanic cashier rolled her eyes and I said, "you seem to have an attitude". Of course, she denied it but from taking the order to delivery of the order, the attitude vibe showed. I work hard for my money....and I will not return. No one has educated these people to understand that if there are no customers, they will have to take their stank attitude and body somewhere else because the Dairy Queen...

Ok I have been a customer of this place for 10 years and get ok services and ok food it's a DQ. Fast food what do you expect. My last visit was one of the worst I have ever had. Got a large order. And got home And they forgot one of the meals. I called up there and spoke to manager and told him that they forgot one of my meals. Got is name and to home that I was 30 min away so I would not be by to pick it up. Till the next day. That was on Saturday so sunday the person was not there and they said come back on Monday I stopped back in to ask about replacing me meal. I gave the person. My recipe and he said the manager is not there and to come back again tomorrow. And the person said I could have been trying to get a free meal out of then and that I might have just found the recipe and tried to get free food. So that being said so I will not get a refund or the order replaced. The person said no sorry and please leave. Will never go back...
