I came here in late December 2024 to get my laptop fixed, and it’s now March 1st with absolutely no progress. I've called multiple times asking for updates, and every time they promised to call me back in a few hours—but they never did. It's been two months of endless lies and zero results. I called them again today at 5:12pm, they said they'll have someone call me back. It's now 7pm, which is the time they close. They did not call me back.

This place is a joke, and the service is beyond terrible. Don’t waste your time or money here—take your items somewhere that actually cares about fixing them. Im going to pickup my laptop and take it somewhere else.

Mar 1, 2025 Update: They called me back after this review with a few updates regarding my laptop. It was good news and some bad news. I said that I am willing to change my review. I dislike having to put these out but I needed this laptop fixed ages ago. I will update next week with more news. Hopefully it's good news.

Sept 6, 2025 Update. They haven't fixed my laptop. I basically lost a few thousand dollars in that laptop. Zero updates. Don't come here. Wasted my time when I could have went somewhere else. Id rather just pick it up without them even fixing it. It's probably in shambles or sitting in the corner...
