ZERO STARS!!!! My mother was placed here after she had her hip replaced and was supposed to be having PT (never had one therapy session) and not supposed to be getting in and out of bed on her own! Well she was there 4 days and 3 out of these 4 days she called me in tears because she had no help- she had to get out of bed on her own after waiting for 2+ hours on someone to come help her when she hit her call button. Saturday 3/31 was the last day this happened she hit her call button at 6AM and waited until she could not wait any longer 7:30AM- she got up so she would not soil herself and on her way back from bathroom she fell right on her hip and broke everything that was just operated on- MY mom had to have another surgery yesterday morning DUE TO THE NEGLIGENCE AT THIS FACILITY! There is old people in here and this is ridiculous- I just wonder how many of them are laying in their soiled sheets because of the lack of care that this place has. Sure there was some nice people who worked here BUT they are understaffed in the evenings and do not answer their patients calls-- Do not place your loved ones in here and if you have someone here I recommend you removed...

This place is horrible we as a family removed my sister from this place due to the conditions she was found in everytime i came to visit the lack of care the lack of concern the hospice company my sister was with would not leave any supplies due to the nursing stealing them and using them for other residents my sister laptop came up missing that was brought my sister bed pillows came up missing we brought when transfer to a residential home my sister was so happy and passed away in peace now my sister and my power of attorney was acting on our behalf and what i ask now my sister trust fund is sitting there funeral expenses are needed to be paid they will not return no calls and leave you on hold to where you have to hang up my power of attorney took me to the nursing home to speak with them since i am the next of kin and and she is stepping out of it due to the fact of the craziness i'm left to pick of the pieces and i am terminal just like my sister was with that being said guess what no one has called me now i ask is this a place you want to place your love ones . While this nursing home may not be the newest facility on the block, what truly matters is the quality of care — and in that area, they absolutely excel. The staff here are incredibly active, compassionate, and genuinely invested in the well-being of each resident. They go above and beyond every day to make sure everyone feels safe, comfortable, and cared for.

What really impressed me is how involved and supportive the management team is. They listen. They follow up. And they take every concern seriously, always striving to improve and ensure families feel heard and respected.
